i am a new buyer so i went there first because i heard very good things about carmax...they are excellent in the cars they sale...no dealing with the annoying cars sales men...there you go with an idea of a car and get it...well hopefully because they dont have a big inventory so before you go check the website...they littelly have all the cars they have so you dont waste time looking for one...bad thing :( when you have a car you want... dont hisatate...because before u know it its gone... i have lost about 5 cars for histateting...well i was looking at the car value in kelly blue book and when i was ready to buy it (with in one day) it was gone!!! so DONT HISATATE!!!

First test drive the XC90 T8 very impressive with the performance, drove home on the highway car had a lot of vibration, I didn't expect neither suspected the tires of the brand new car would do that, for about 2 months I still still driving the car around town the vibration didn't bother me too much my first initial thought was the steering technology or how it worked then my AC is not working schedule an appointment going to take about 2 weeks in about 1 week later it working fine, I took it to get checked anyway, they replaced the compressor and new refrigerants , I took a long trip in the sommer, AC not working again, this time they changed the capacitor because it intermittent, in about 20000 miles the rechargeable battery wouldn't charge, dealer replaced the charger cable, now at 30000 miles the battery intermittent charging again, it takes two weeks to schedule in order for me to have a loaner to drive home, first time own European car and I did aware of the Volvo electrical issues but that was in the early 2000's, overall I enjoyed the car, handling and performance is great, the technology in there is helping my long drive alot and stuck in traffic PS: I still giving Volvo chance and pray for theirs engineers to get theirs act together.

bought a 2023 in September. The electronic heater had to be replaced and the sun roof got a chip, but the performance has exceeded expectations. Had to put it on hybred because I didn't use enough gas on "Pure". 7 gal in Mar and April; 4 gal in May. Probably only average 40 miles a day or less. The 455 hp engine moves the car like a beast when needed. Smooth and quiet.

Start to finish it was a positive experience. My Salesperson Manni Rodriguez was informative and not pushy. He allowed me to test drive the car without probing me with 100 questions. Afterward, he gave me the space and time I needed to make an informed decision but was ready to answer all my questions when I was ready. If he didn't have the answer he let me know he would look into it and followed up right away. He didn't do the typical song and dance all car salespeople are known to do. He asked about financing and offered to let me speak with their financing specialist, when I declined he didn't push the subject except to let me know it's available if I wanted a second opinion. When it was time to pay for the car, Gao Huang (Peter) had everything ready to go and went thru the paperwork. He asked about my rate and said he could beat it. I thought I had a pretty good rate from my bank so I didn't think he would, but sure enough, he did. so I went with them. Again Peter was very informative and answered my questions. Infotainment wasn't ready when I purchased the car. After approx 5 software updates in the first three months (mostly at the dealer), the car has been flawless. I now enjoy the Google interface very much, and love the car. I regularly get 45 miles e-range on easy highway drive, perfect for my commute. My car doesn't have air suspension, so the ride is arguably too firm for concrete pavement I have in my area. Could also be because of the curb rash-prone 20 inch wheels, I would choose an 18" wheel instead. Car materials and fit/finish are just superb, makes you feel special. It also makes driving my second car a chore :)

I am enjoying this car. I like that I have both electric and gas options. We use the car for long trips especially when the baby is traveling. My Great Dane is also a fan of the car.

The car has really nice performance and drives very nicely but a few quirks. First the manuals are only available digitally and in many cases it’s a complex game to find what you are looking for. The search function is not forgiving. In other cases the information is weak and missing key elements. Some settings are sticky (rain sensor for the wipers), others are not ( auto high-beams), with no rationale. The controls on the left side of the steering wheel are a mystery and the customization on the dash board view is either: show the map or don’t show the map ( which disappears when you shift into reverse). The sound controls for the radio are lacking: no fader or balance controls. Lastly, if you want your garage door opener controls integrated into the car, be prepared to shell out another $995.

This suv has all the safety features that is exactly what I was looking for in a new vehicle. It is very roomy and drive like a dream.

I bought my Subaru Outback at Herb Gordon dealership in 2017 and have taken my car for service there ever since. The team has given me outstanding service everytime weathermy usual service manager or another. They are really coustermer friendly, and their prices are very competitive. For a few extra dollars its worth the assurance of quality. If something isn't right they go the extra mile to correct it. I have recommended this dealer to others. I spend time with my daughter out of state, but make sure to return there for service. They have my trust.

Interesting to read the good and bad about XC60 Recharge Volvos. I have a 2022 extended range Inscription purchased May 2022 with 8,400 miles. To date it has been perfect. Three over the air software upgrades thus far. Everything works good including the Google info system. Dashboard mapping excellent. Bowers and Wilkins stereo great. It typically charges to 39 or 40 miles. All in town driving via EV. It’s a bit of a bother, but I’ve been able to average as high as 39 mpg on a 400 trip massaging the drive modes. Made a 600 mile one day trip to Vegas last year no problem with one gas stop. Plug-in cars are the way to go on long trips as EV charging woes continue (except Tesla). Very comfortable highly adjustable seats. Nice to have first three years of service prepaid. Stick it in power mode and it’s very quick. No wireless Car Play, but I’ve been OK with Google system plugging in Car Play if needed. There aren’t many plug-ins with this sort of range available which made it a good choice. Long positive history with Volvos.
