Bought this new in September 2019. LES model. Has about 20,000 miles on it. Because we drive mostly city miles I’ve changed oil at 6.000 mile intervals. Engine uses no oil. Only problem I’ve had was the front rotors warped at 10.000 miles. They are made from inferior steel and rust easily when you wash the car. Replaced them with aftermarket parts. I like the way the car handles. I’ve driven for many years and many cars. I can honestly say I enjoy driving this car.

This is my second Tiguan. Being 6‘5“ tall this is one of the most comfortable cars in this range. I like the touchscreen controls and the handling is very nice and firm. The panoramic sunroof is also a big plus. It is not the fastest car out there for sure. Cargo room is great and you can seat four people very easily in it. Legroom is even good behind me for a Passenger .

Bob Derby was gracious and efficient. He had my new Jetta parked right outside the sales department. We went for a test drive, then went inside and concluded the transaction. They were very fair on the value of my old car, and Bob got the paperwork completed quickly. Issam in the business office was friendly and couteous. All in all, a truly painless transaction.

Bought for my son. Price, comfort, reliability and safety were tops for me and this vehicle met each one. He loves that it looks a little sporty and not like a “Mom Car”!

Service was timely. Said they would let me know when finished with my service and they did. They also let me know that I needed new tires and gave me a few options. Very much appreciated.

I had some issues with the car, but they had been taking care of. The Vehicle is very comfortable and for a 4 Cylinder engine has a lot of power for a mid size SUV.

I love this car. there are so many perks, but also a couple cons. 1. I love the interior, the buttons are very easy to understand. 2. I LOVE THE ALERT IT GIVES WHEN YOU'RE TOO CLOSE TO A CAR, literally saved me from so many accidents. 3. it has a third row, which I didn't even find out about until a year after having my car, which was sick. although I love this car, but its not great in the winter. I probably got stuck about 40 times last year (not exaggerating). but I got new tires and were gonna see how it treats me. one of the only things I don't like about the interior is the center console. its really deep and I tend to lose things in there and it gets messy quickly. Overall I want to say that I definitely have emotional attachment to my blue volskwagon Tiguan, and don't know when ill ever let it go. I hope this review helps somebody.

I have been going to Ourisman Volvo for service since 2017. Brenda Green is my assigned service specialist. She has gained my trust and respect over the past few years, helping me decide which service i need to do immediately and which service I can postpone for six months. If I call with a minor problem, she always tells me to come in and she takes care of it herself. I have been pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the service, and at my last visit, my car was not only washed inside (which they always do), but they had clearly vacuumed it inside. The car was really clean when I got it back. I am overall very pleased. Wish it wasn’t as expensive as it is, but there are a lot of folks working there and they put you in a Uber/Lyft to take you home.
