The entire experience with this dealership from start to finish was pleasant, efficient, and fair. Although we worked most closely with Sajjad, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Sajjad (as well as 2 other staff members) went above and beyond to stay late and complete the purchase. Having done our research, with several other dealerships over the past month or so, we know we received a great price upfront that didn't require haggling. The 30 day warranty was an unexpected bonus and not something we had seen for most used cars. The dealership itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing, with most cars available to view indoors. Would highly recommend purchasing a car with Sajjad and his team at this location.

When I brought my RX450h in for its 12-month servicing and safety inspection at 6am on Wednesday, 12/14, I was greeted by a smiling Raymon Tanyos. He quickly and efficiently took down my information, provided me with an estimate of 90 minutes for the service, and ushered me into the waiting area. I enjoyed fresh-brewed coffee and a piece of fruit while I waited. I was even able to recharge my phone at the provided charging station. The service was completed ahead of schedule, and my car looked fantastic, as they had washed it! Such a nice perk. When I checked out, Raymon said the service was free, but I'd need to pay for the inspection. What a nice surprise! Everyone associated with Pohanka Lexus Is wonderful, and I will continue to do business with them. Thanks for a great experience!

Just home from ES350 airbag replacement under recall. Service Consultant Raymon Tanyos went 'above and beyond' to get me into a loaner car. Their expedited pick-up was incredible (out of loaner into my car). Although another Lexus dealer is closer, always use Pohanka for their 7 day 530am-11pm svc hrs and do not feel like always be upsold/charged on maintenance like so many other dealers try to do. My wife and I needed to purchase a new vehicle, after her 2013 Sonata was totaled in an accident. We decided to purchase another Sonata, and then came the hard part. We had to decide where to purchase it. I contacted many dealerships, but we ended up going with Fitzgerald Hyundai in Gaithersburg. Our salesperson, Bobby Davis, couldn't have been easier to work with. He was personable and put no pressure on us to buy that day. During the test drive he explained everything about the vehicle, even little things we didn't know existed on the car. He answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable. We also spent time with his sales manager, Jenna Keller. Like Bobby, she was wonderful to deal with, and helped make the purchase of our Sonata a reality. I had made an appt for just an oil change w/ 'Grey' on the Green team but when I arrived 40 min early, he was busy & Ben (next to him) saw me waiting, offered to write up my paperwork, & went out of his way to answer several questions he hadn't bargained for !! I ended up agreeing to go ahead & do my 60,000 mile maintenace (I was already overdue- @ 63,000- but planned that for the next time). When he offered some coupons to help defray the cost & offered a rental car so I wouldn't be trapped all afternoon, I decided to go ahead :-) Glad I did... everything went smoothly & efficiently. Ben called w/ a few "finds" & recommendations that I agreed to & the car was ready when promised w/ the flexibility to pick it up before closing. I just leave the rental @ the Dealership. Despite a $1300.00+ bill, it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was courteous & efficient. I bought my last 2 Toyotas @ Koons in Annapolis & have traveled there (from Rockville) for service til now. More out of loyalty than convenience. I think I will change locations. 1. Staff at door was there and immediately got to my car, getting the information and pointing me to the available check in desk.
2. The check in was quick and accurate, without having to go through seventeen different forms or computer screens to find my appointment.
3. Waiting area was clean, light, and had room to relax and/or work. No elbow jamming in uncomfortable chairs. The staff also made sure I needed shuttle service when I went to get a drink.
4. Service was prompt and efficient.
5. Check out was done quickly and in a nice manner. Had a nice conversation, including the largest amount someone paid in cash.

This suv would not be half bad except for the horrible wind noise front passenger. Toyota looked at it twice and won't admit there is excess wind much more fix it. I am working with them but I suspect I will be let down. If this is the case I will dump it and drive my 2002 until it dies and then buy a ford f 150 rather than a tundra.. Yes its that bad!!! I loved the 2002, this one not so much and not just the wind. The gps is useless and hard to use, the voice commands are 100% useless. ask it for pizza and it comes back with steak, not even close. I choose to use my $159 garmin which is 10X better and I never ever had to open the manual. Also the shut off at stop sign is useless and annoying. Overall its a solid 3 with nothing special and no redeeming options. It is my 6th Toyota/ lexus and probably the only one that isn't 5* It is probably 1 month from going on the lot unless they can fix the horrible wind., then I might look past all the average stuff.

I was hesitant to give up the RAV-4 I had owned for several years because it was so easy to drive. But my wife and I found we needed a larger vehicle when we both retired as we wanted to start taking more and longer road trips. My wife and I both love the Highlander...everything about it. It has so many safety features that make us feel more comfortable when driving on freeways and also city streets. I love the increased leg room (I'm 6'4") so the seats fit my long legs better. The pearl white color is gorgeous, the overall design is really nice, and the reliability is excellent. We are so happy we purchased the Highlander...our road trips are a great experience in this vehicle.

Car looks and runs great. Money saver with the hybrid and very quick. The except is the horrible Scout GPS. No maps, nothing but voice, if you can get it to work at all. No Apple Play, so you’re basically stuck with aftermarket GPS like Waze... and I like Waze. Toyota put Apple Play in the 2019.., no help for the 2018
