I like my 2025 Camry S.E.. I think it is a nearly perfect car, except for the price of the car, which was too much. I paid nearly $36,000 for this car, but I feel this car's value is closer to $22,000. All cars/trucks are severely overpriced. The quality of the car is outstanding, the ride is taut and sporty, acceleration is more than adequate. The dealer experience was nearly traumatic! It sickens me that Toyota sales-managers can lie so easily and advertise falsely without having to spend some time in jail in an attempt to rip-off consumers!

I cannot speak highly enough of Toyota Direct and the customer service I received. Islam was so incredibly helpful, professional, and caring. He was fully available to assist with any questions I had and was able to get me an incredible deal when turning in my lease. Dee was also so helpful in getting me what I asked for and was able to match Carmax’s offer to help close the deal. Thank you, Toyota Direct for all your help!!

I’ve owned an 03 Mustang Gt w/ a soft top The only reason I mention that is because I loved that car for the feeling I had while driving it. I get that same feeling with this car, but don’t feel like I’m in a Tin Can. I’ve only owned it 3 months and have driven 8,000 Miles, so far, it seems like the most responsible decision I could’ve made when buying a New Car.

Great experience, Derrick the salesman made purchasing my new Toyota Camry super easy. Keep in mind, this location is extremely busy as they sell more Toyotas than anyone else in the state. Ended up paying less than MSRP and im able to contact then if I have any questions. My first experience with the parts department was today as I went in to pick up a oil filter for my break in oil change, the two gentlemen behind the counter were super nice and willing to answer any questions I had. This is the best Camry in the last 20 years! The tech is awesome, reliability is the best, and the gas mileage is unbeatable. I will always recommend a Camry to everyone because of the price and what it offers. Toyota is not cheap but it will save money down the road!

Just bought a Woodlands RAV4 from Toyota Direct. It's awesome. Traded a Genesis GV70 for it because I hated it. :0 Jimmy Palmer was our salesman. He's great. If you're looking to buy a new car, check him out. He'll treat you right!!

This is a great car, it handles very well and has real good power, while also getting a good gas mileage because of the Hybrid. I was looking to buy a Hybrid but could not find one I really like until I test drove the Camry SE. It has most if not all of the features that the XSE has. It is also full of safety features. It more of a sporty luxury type sedan.

I was treated very nicely by Noah as I arrived for service on my 2002 Toyota RAV4. He remembered me and that may me feel good.

They are efficient and knowledgeable. I know I will always be taken care of here—no worries! Having a rental car for $10 a day while my car is in service is above and beyond.

Recently bought a new RAV4 from Tony. We really hesitated, a huge decision. Working with Tony was awesome! We had previously purchased cars from John Williams, who recently retired. Tony’s personality was a perfect match for us. I would highly recommend working with him! And Gary in finance…wow, what an easy experience that was! We had a trade-in plus cash and it was a no-brainer. He was not pushy with extended warranty and assured us we can buy that in a few months once our finances are better. My 2022 Toyota Tundra was under recall due to the engine, which was very stressful as we use it tow our camper. Lisa and Brian in service went above and beyond to help me get the truck in for inspection and ultimately replace of the engine. Recent issue with my 2024 Tacoma. Called the service department and spoke with Chandler who had me bring it right over. He checked the service info internally and nothing came up. Recommended keeping overnight to scan. They scanned one system error popped up they checked all areas in regards to what the error was to confirm the truck was ok. He called let me know it was checked over and ready for pick up. He even washed it for me! Thanks Chandler keep up the good work!
