Instead, I was surprised and delighted to encounter transparency, no pressure, no nonsense, and no hidden fees. I ended up needing to go to an out-of-state dealership to find the unique color combo and options package I was looking for. Nevertheless, I feel compelled to give Ricardo and Gloria the appreciation and review they deserve to expect.

I live far from this dealership but they had exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was very favorable . Everyone I has contact with was very professional and courteous. The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. I almost bought another new vehicle. I was there for service on my 23 4runner and nearly purchased a Tundra. Those are some nice trucks. I figured that I would upgrade my 04 Dodge Ram with a 24. The sticker was just too much. When I looked on lune I discovered the vehicles were had incentives reducing the prices by over 10 grand. If I would have been aware at the time I was at the dealership it would have been difficult to leave without one of those babies.
