Started looking for a 2023 Highlander hybrid eight months ago. Tried every single Toyota dealer in the Phoenix area. Only Tommy at Avondale would sell a car at MSRP. We gave him a $500 fully refundable deposit, told him exactly what we wanted, and he stayed with us. Finally our car came through, and the transaction was the smoothest I have ever experienced with a dealer. Fast, efficient, and completely honest. We didn't see anybody but Tommy. He handled everything. Four weeks ago he gave me an oral indication of what our 2019 Highlander would be worth in trade, subject to inspection. He gave us the higher end of what all the bluebooks said the car was worth in trade, and THOUSANDS more than Tempe Toyota offered. And he honored the price when he saw the car for the first time when we consummated the transaction. My wife drives nothing but Toyotas and we will never buy one from anybody but this dealer and this man.

This is the only dealership I plan to continue business with. Every time we have gone back it has been a wonderful experience! Michael was our sales rep and Jeff was, again, the finance rep that assisted with everything else. Both were so cool and personable. Not my first rodeo with Jeff...he's always been great with us. Michael was the first for this time around and I would definitely go back and ask for him. He was so sweet and was genuinely asking questions about us. He's got a good head on his shoulders. Berge Toyota is the only place to go for a Toyota. We purchased 4Runner from Richard and Patrick a while ago and needed another car so the obvious choice was to head to Berge Toyota again. We were treated like family and everyone was super welcoming. Initially they didn’t have what we were looking for but kept looking for us until we found the right Camry. We knew what we wanted and they listened to us, they didn’t try to upsell us and stuck to the budget. We worked with Matt and Patrick and they were wonderful. I got an amazing deal on a nightshade 4 runner. I was not sure about if I would like an suv after driving a mustang for so long. But this car is everything I needed, Jesse was an amazing salesman.
