He has gotten to a point where driving has become a challenge, so he doesn't drive much. Actually, he returned his lease car with 1,090 miles after having it 2 1/2 years. He understood my husband's ambivalence and sadness in having to give up his car. John received a good value from the dealership upon returning the lease; that eased his pain. I was met with a friendly smile by the service rep who took down my requests on my vehicle. I allowed my vehicle to be kept over night as I had other plans for the day. Service called me of my charges and that my vehicle would be ready when I came to pick it up. At pickup everything checked out great. I was quite satisfied.

hours ago NEW if you are looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend using Cedric at Toyota of Katy. I called him, told him what I was looking for, he went out in the rain, and got pictures and videos. Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything in detail, very patient, very kind, as I was waiting for finance to be approved, he constantly kept me up-to-date. Answered all my questions in detail. I could not have hand picked a better salesman!!

Eli in the service department has the best customer service ever! He was patient and knowledgeable with answer ALL my questions and punctual with returning my phone calls.
