Great experience, Derrick the salesman made purchasing my new Toyota Camry super easy. Keep in mind, this location is extremely busy as they sell more Toyotas than anyone else in the state. Ended up paying less than MSRP and im able to contact then if I have any questions. My first experience with the parts department was today as I went in to pick up a oil filter for my break in oil change, the two gentlemen behind the counter were super nice and willing to answer any questions I had. Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

Hello, Yesterday I had my first maintenance appointment with Toyota West since purchasing my car in March. I had the pleasure of receiving service from Jon who was very hands on from the beginning to end of my service. I even had a chance to say hi and give a hug to Dennis who sold me my car. Jon was very nice and professional and answered all of my car questions I had for him that day. He even followed up the next day with a call asking if I needed anything further. I am new to the Toyota family but so far this has been my best car experience ever! ☺️

They are efficient and knowledgeable. I know I will always be taken care of here—no worries! Having a rental car for $10 a day while my car is in service is above and beyond.

Recently bought a new RAV4 from Tony. We really hesitated, a huge decision. Working with Tony was awesome! We had previously purchased cars from John Williams, who recently retired. We had a trade-in plus cash and it was a no-brainer. He was not pushy with extended warranty and assured us we can buy that in a few months once our finances are better. My wife and I recently purchased a new Sienna, which we enjoy driving. Last week I brought it to Byers for scheduled service since we are planning on a driving trip to visit relatives in other states. I have been saving for a new Highlander for 2 years in the color of Ruby Pearl. I went in to order my new SUV and Troy informed my because of the situation stemming from covid it could take up to 6 months to come in. Well he was correct it did take 6 month but I love, love my new Highlander. Troy kept me informed the whole time and even offered me a few other ones that came in, just in case I was tired of waiting. I have been coming to Byers Toyota for over 10 years for service on my 4 Runner and the service dept is also excellent. I would absolutely recommend Byers Toyota!
