This is a great car, it handles very well and has real good power, while also getting a good gas mileage because of the Hybrid. I was looking to buy a Hybrid but could not find one I really like until I test drove the Camry SE. It has most if not all of the features that the XSE has. It is also full of safety features. It more of a sporty luxury type sedan.

Ron is an exceptionally qualified product specialist. He was beyond patient and helpful to present various vehicles. Subsequent to my visit to the dealership, we had several phone and text exchanges for him to understand my objectives and me to find out what they had in inventory. He even offered to come in on his day off to help me. Most important: no pressure. In the end, I decided on a very rare and unusual color and options package that involved traveling to another state. Even though I didn't buy a vehicle from Ron, it was a delight to work with this outstanding professional. The least I can do is give him the appreciation, recognition and review he deserves to expect.

Salesman Richard helpful and patience and knoledgeable through process

I just purchased a "new to me" used Prius from Continental Toyota in Countryside, IL. We've purchased several Toyotas (mostly from Continental Toyota) since the early 80's. We've only had great experiences, especially in the maintenance and service department. Our most recent purchase was the first time that I've handled everything - starting by looking at cars when my car was in the service department getting new tires. While I was looking at used cars on the lot, Michael Zalewski (salesman) walked out to welcome me and ask if he could help. I was totally impressed by him for: #1 asking in older woman if she needed help (I've been ignored in the past unless I was with my husband) #2 not being pushy #3 listening and not doing all of the talking #4 being patient, and yet communicating with me after the visit #5 once again not being pushy after the visit I'm an artist and VERY hard on cars - think transporting not-yet-dry artwork, clay dust and damp clay (otherwise known as mud), on clothes and shoes. Also I tend to drive over the curb when backing out of our driveway (but perhaps no longer with the new back-up camera!), and always pulling forward too much and scraping the bumper. I'm in the city a lot and have to parallel park in tight places, resulting in multiple nicks on my bumpers. I'd told MIchael that we were in the market for a used Prius (current one has over 140,000 miles) with lower mileage. But not necessarily in a hurry to buy one. My #1 motivating factor to get a new car was safety. I drive on the highway a lot and have had some close calls because I didn't see a car in my blind spot. I wanted a car with the blinking light in the mirror to warn me (we have this on our newer Sienna). My husband actually found the car I bought on-line, I sent Michael an email and met up with him the next day. Once again I was impressed because he'd listened to what I wanted and didn't want (no extended warrantee -- we buy Toyotas because they are so reliable!). I was provided with the history of the car and a great price. I couldn't be happier with the car, the experience with the salesman, and I know from our many past experiences how great the service department is!

Excellent experience at Continental Toyota! This was our second Toyota purchased at this dealership. In 2017, we walked into the dealership and met John Cheung. He sold us a new Camry, which we drove until we traded it in at Continental and just purchased a new 2025 Camry Hybrid from John. We cannot say enough good words about him! His friendliness, knowledge, and genuine concern for the best interests of the customer made both of our car purchases a truly pleasurable experience. John has taken excellent care of us. I have been going to Schaumburg Toyota since 2000 when I bought my first Toyota 4 Runner and have had wonderful service all this time.

My wife wanted a newer Toyota Highlander Hybrid with the V-6 engine. This model with this engine is not just an endangered species, the model only comes with an inline 4-cyl turbo engine. Schaumburg Toyota had what my wife was looking for and within 5 minutes of asking for information on whether the Highlander was still there, I received a reply and asked if we wanted to see it. I was given Cameron Ungaro’s (“The Truck Guy”s) name to meet him the next morning. We drove from the Milwaukee area and liked the Highlander. Cameron didn’t waste our time and gave us a price for the Highlander that was fair. I traded in a BMW X-5 and the trade in price was also fair, so we bought the Highlander. No high pressure sales tactics, no “Let me talk to my manager…..” or any other xx like that. That being said, there were still 2 glitches in the transaction and I want to warn buyers ahead of time. 1) Schaumburg Toyota doesn’t take out-of-state personal checks. If you’re from a neighboring state, bring a certified bank check or cashier’s check. 2) In our case, we did not leave with the title to the Highlander signed over to us. In fact, we’re still waiting to have the vehicle titled. The person in finance told us to take our sales paperwork to any Wisconsin DMV station and they’d do the research/leg work and issue us a Wisconsin title, after Schaumburg Toyota sent the title to the main Wisconsin DMV office in Madison. Not quite how it works in Wisconsin now. We did what we were told and took our paperwork to a DMV office. The agent there would do nothing for us without the Illinois title. I contacted the main DMV office in Madison. They explained that once they received the title from Schaumburg Toyota, the DMV office would send us a letter informing us of the sales tax owed in Wisconsin, title fee, plate transfer, and a hybrid penalty of $75 a year. Once we got the letter and paid, we’d get the title. We were issued a temporary Illinois license sticker for the back window of the Highlander good for 90 days. So, be aware of those 2 things when buying any out-of-state car. But, DO GO to Schaumburg Toyota. As their motto states, “Whatever it takes…..” and we really put that motto to the test when buying the Highlander. And, Schaumburg Toyota DID whatever it took !!
