I don’t believe the bad reviews because everyone that I Met there was phenomenal. My sales person was Daniel he had very thorough knowledge of the BMW I was looking to purchase. He knew exactly what I wanted and was very kind as well. The General Manager I.J. was amazing and helped me out from start to finish. He was the one who greeted me when i walked through the door and even thanked me when i left. I.J. Is a one of a kind General Manager and is as nice and professional as can be. Then at last there was the Finance Manager, Jessica. She was a very nice lady who assisted me throughout the financing process. The part most people dread was a breeze as everything was thoroughly explained to me. I’m one of the people that never buys warranty but Jessica gave me enough information to make an informed decision and purchase it with my financing. To anyone looking for a good used car or truck, Go see the people that treat you right and make you feel at ease the moment you arrive on their lot. Go see I.J. , Daniel and Jessica and let them know a very happy customer sent you. I was pleasantly surprised they were open, what a great dealership!

XLE Camry. Top of the line of the Camrys and has better/safer features that are not available in the LE or SE. I have owned all of them. Lane shifting, blind spot, cruise control automatic traffic stop, self steering with supervision to name a few. Feel much safer in this one than the others on the highways. Love the back up camera. No more twisting.

I have the V6 TRD Camry. It’s very quick and reliable. It’s ground affects are great. I love this vehicle and get lots of compliments at the gas station and grocery store parking lots.

This 2022 Camry SE is my 3rd. one. I have loved all of them, but this one is just great. I am getting 40+ gas mileage on a trip. I love the style, as well.

This time around, the maintenance service took under one hour...probably more like 45 minutes. Last time I was there, it took about 2 hours. Much faster this time around.

Excellent Service I had my battery replaced at Koons Arlington Toyota on September 4. The whole experience was great—from the moment I called to request a quote until I got my car back, I was very impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the Koons employees. My service advisor was David Garcia, he saw the whole process through—starting from the initial phone call. He addressed all my questions and kept me informed on the progress. I could have not asked for a better service, and have to admit, I have not experienced this quality of service in a while. This was my first time getting my car serviced at that location, but I also had a very positive experience there once before when I stopped by to speak with another service advisor. And as a new customer, I will now definitely make Koons Arlington Toyota my home base for all services and repairs. Thank you!

I was looking for a new Corolla since ours was totaled. I contacted dealers all across the state. No one could get one with the options I needed in the time frame I needed. Contacted Koons Arlington and Sergeii Gilei immediately called and spoke to me about my needs. Next day Sergeii drove to Maryland for us and brought back the car that we needed. Of the 10 or more other dealerships I spoke to not one offered to go do what Sergeii did. I would definitely recommend using Sergeii.

What a great experience I had at Darcars of Frederick! This was the fastest and most transparent buying experience I have ever had and this is my 13th car. I saw the car on cars.com and called the dealer. The dealer answered all my questions upfront and had the car ready for my test drive when I pulled up to the dealership. Had me driving off in MY new 2011 30 minutes after I got back from the test drive. Smoothest process ever!

My car buying experience at the Infiniti of Silver Spring was exceptional. The sales person (Mike Goldring) greeted me in such a friendly and professional manner.
