I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Team Schaumburg, keep up the great work, each of you understand the true meaning of Customer Service, and that is important to some customers like me who still cherish old school values.

I normally don't take the time to leave a review for anything good or bad. I'm guessing some of you reading this may be the same way, and that's okay. However, this is an exception. AutoCenters Nissan in Herculaneum Missouri was an absolute amazing experience. I'm not overreacting believe me. I already had preconceived negative thoughts that usually accompany walking through the doors of an auto dealership. I couldn't have been any more wrong. I was in and out with a vehicle under an hour and a half. Unbelievable! Mike in used car sales was great to work with and as it turns out hold a conversation with throughout the buying process. Please give this used automotive sales team the opportunity to gain your business. You will not be disappointed. They trually have a "no-hassle" car buying process that works! The salesperson Justin was professional and knowledgeable. The finance manager Jim McMahon was outstanding and did everything he could to make sure we got the best rate possible and that we understood all of our options. He really made sure we felt comfortable with our purchase and all of the deliverables were as expected. Even the delivery coordinator Josh did an awesome job and explained every option thoroughly on my new truck. Overall, the whole process exceeded expectations and I would absolutely recommend them to anybody looking for a vehicle.

Back in December 2020 we sent out inquiries to twelve Jeep dealers within 70 miles of Stillwater (our home). Only six bothered to reply. Of those six, your salesperson, Jennifer Medina, was by far the most enthusiastic and helpful. She sent us two separate videos introducing herself and wanting to take care of our Jeep purchase. Solely because of Jennifer, we recently purchased a new Jeep Sahara from John Vance Auto Group. Jennifer facilitated that purchase. We found the whole process to be quite satisfactory. The Jeep arrived just as we had ordered it, and was transferred to us for the price agreed upon. It appears to be functioning according to spec, and we are quite satisfied with it. We don't normally take the trouble to write a review, but what is really prompting us to do so now is the service provided to us by Jennifer. She was polite, friendly, and attentive on every occasion we dealt with her. When we had questions, she answered them directly and honestly. If she didn't know the answer, she stayed with it until she got one for us. When we took delivery on the vehicle, she suggested a time when she could spend some time with us going over all the things that have changed since our old Jeep. She didn't rush us--let us get the feel of it and ask questions--showed us all the fancy electronic and internet stuff and got answers to questions she wasn't sure of. She is still following up on some of those questions 2 weeks later--bless her. You couldn't have a better representative. Treat her well. She's a keeper.

I want to give a big thanks to Shawn Hall in April of 2021 I had let him know what I was long for not a Chevy but Ford Explorer he got it was a great vehicle at a great deal for 2 yrs he made sure car was good boom wife got thins car totaled went back to Shawn and again some how boom had me a newer Explorer with even more options. Another experience with Classic of Cleburne and another 5-star review. I recently bought a 2023 Silverado 2500 HD and love the truck. There was a problem with the tire pressure monitoring system. Even though there was a question as to whether it should be covered under the bumper-to-bumper warranty, Classic fixed it anyhow. In particular Courtney in the Service Department was wonderful. She was personable and professional as she managed resolving my issue. I live an hour from Cleburne but my experiences have been so great, I will drive that distance for all maintenance and service needs. Thank you, Courtney and Classic!
