This place is top notch. I bought a vehicle back in 2023. I called them to have them send me a picture of a truck that I wanted from them that had already sold. They informed me that I could have them do all the modifications at there shop. So I shopped the country and I bought a truck in Tennessee and had it shipped to Krietz Customs in Maryland. They fit me in, and I had it shipped to my house in Massachusetts. I was so impressed with how easy of a process this was. This company is top notch! My wife and I happen to be in Maryland for a wedding about a year later with my truck. I wanted to have new custom upper control arms done on it so I swung by and met all of the friendly people I had only met on the phone a year prior. I was so impressed that they were able to fit me in with the limited time we have. Thank you guys for being a company I can trust and count on. I wanted to Mention one of the sales team people Marlin, he was top notch. He showed me around the lot and we had a great conversation. 2020 Ram 1500 Limited

Used to own this car

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.
