I bought my 2021 GT4 in January of 2021 and have put 14,500 miles on it since them. I have tracked it at Mid-Ohio, Pitt Race and Nelson Ledges. We have driven to California and Florida from NE Ohio. I am 69 years old and find the car to be quite comfortable for long distance trips. Is it expensive? Yes. Is it worth it? YES!

I purchased a 2021 Porsche Carrera S (with an Aerokit!!) and had it shipped to Texas in December of 2020. My salesman, Kent Hill, was wonderful to work with: very professional, prompt and courteous. The car was shipped a few days later and it arrived in flawless condition and detailed, along with all the paperwork, a Porsche tumbler and leather keychain. Sean Oliver, the finance manager, was also very prompt and helpful and made the buying process easy and seamless. Finally, a shoutout to Chris, the delivery driver! Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership because they are honest, upfront and ethical. Isringhausen is the dealership that others should emulate! I know I will enjoy my Porsche 911 (992) for many years to come!! After all, it’s my dream car!

So I walked into this dealership not at all expecting the treatment that I got. Will was very professional from the start and even though they are appointment only, he was able to squeeze me in as I was only in town for a short window. Upon arrival and entrance into their showroom I said "I am not in the right tax bracket to be here". Never once did I actually feel like that was the case. The guys that work here are car guys, that was my favorite part about being here. Everyone was so humble and I even had the chance to meet and talk with an owner, he let me know some history about the car I was interested in and about it's former owner. This place doesn't feel like any other dealership I've been to. I found out that the owners are actually real estate agents and this place is their passion project. They are actual car enthusiasts, not just salesmen. I LOVE the corvette I got from them. I bought it as a gift for myself for my 26th birthday almost 2 weeks ago and they worked with me on the price I was willing to pay for it and went above and beyond to find me the best lender and monthly payment on it. We started the purchase on NYE and the lender closed early and stayed closed until the 3rd, they stayed in contact with me throughout the process and we waited together until I finally got the call with good news. I wont lie, I was intimidated by this dealership before I went in and experienced it for myself. Absolutely amazing customer service! I brought my 992 Turbo S here for a broken driver's side window glass. Adam Elwood was my service writer and he was above and beyond helpful. Where Porsche of San Antonio couldn't help me till 4 months from now, he understood and worked me in immediately. James Purpura the Service Manager was equally outstanding in helping me on this warranty claim. Top notch people! I live in New Braunfels, 80 miles from this dealership, but they are now my go-to dealer. November 28, 2022 Bruce A from Portland, Or I purchased a Bentley convertible from Scottsdale Sports, John, was very honest and professional to work with and my overall experience with this dealership couldn't of been better. I needed to have the car shipped to my home state so I could license it here and John took care of everything lining up the transfer, etc. I would highly recommend John to any of my friends.

Jay from Auto Junction was fantastic. I had a trade in from Houston to Tempe and was a bit nervous, but Jay was remarkable. I literally wrapped up the deal and had my car shipped and my new car in-hand in two days. I received a fair deal and was in constant communication with Jay. Great job, it could not have gone better.

Making update to my review below. Porsche Downtown LA contacted me directly and agreed to pay for all repairs and make the situation right. They were very apologetic about the entire situation and are willing to go above and beyond to make things better than right. I appreciate their response.
