I purchased a 2015 Porsche 911 Turbo from Certified Benz and Beemer several months back???there were some chips along the front fender when the car was delivered, and I protested to the dealership to no avail. I was dissatisfied, and made a harsh assessment during my review. I am thrilled BEYOND to rescind those remarks after speaking with the owner late last week. (I was on vacation at the time and we have traded phone calls over the last few weeks) There was no quibbling, no excuses....simply he said they didn???t handle it correctly and he wanted to know what he could do (anything) to make it right! Talk about a breath of fresh air....he took the time to go back (on a sale already closed) and try and remedy a situation. He had already spoken with/to his employees and then reached out to me to see what he could do. He then told me if I was ever in the market for another car to please reach out to him personally. Jack is a stand-up guy and his humility and integrity are no doubt why his dealership is so successful. You simply do NOT see this level of customer service and commitment (anywhere) any more....least of all in the car business. He has re-earned my business! The car is magnificent and I didn???t ???want anything??? in return???I had the minor repairs made, and Jack even offered to pay for those. I am happy to report a great ending to my car buying experience!

Can't believe it was almost twelve years ago that Steven LeSueur and I met when he assisted me with securing the fourth car in my lifetime; a Volvo 2005 S40 T5. I thought it was the best machine that was ever made. Sadly, it was totaled in mid-October in a collision. No one hurt, thankfully. I immediately thought of LeSueur and as I pulled up (already had my eye on a beauty 2016 S60 Cross Country) there it was, at the ready. Kyle LeSueur had lined this all up (thank you!) and then Steven came out to greet me! Totally floored me and could not have been happier to catch up and laugh about a few more grey hairs, both of us. Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

This is our 3rd LS and 5 Toyota/Lexus car in the family. Am amazed at the quality and luxury that this car offers. Besides the regular oil changes every 10k miles, we dont need anything else done on it. The paint quality is great and so is the interior material quality, Lexus enform apps, navigation, Mark Levinson stereo and so on. Stick with Michelin Pilot AS tires as they are smooth, quiet and longer lasting. Wish the gas mileage was slightly better.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

Why such a poor ride

I have driven cars and big trucks for 30 years, 17 mdx top of the line has the worst ride. I want to turn this back in , for my 04 grand caravan or 87 sentra. It’s AC and seats are great. This is the first car that has ever made me seasick with bouncing and pitching. I drove others, they were not this bad. Will go to the third dealer to see if they can fix. Also, the single reason I won’t buy an acura??? Unless bought at that dealer, the dealer staff does not want to help even if you have a $ 60 k mdx and got service their. Lexus has staff specifically to help with whom you can appt or just walk in. Why has Honda allowed this in Acura ??? I want to support Honda and Acura, but if I need a little help, their dealers should spend a little time

I wrote this in my last review, that I had a possible small problem with a tint on a window, and will write another review either way if it needs to be addressed. We brought the car back 4 months after purchasing , AND THE GREAT TEAM at Mark Kia retinted the blemished window, changed the oil, and practically detailed the car!!! NO CHARGE AS PROMISED - BUY YOUR CAR AT MARK KIA !! They stand behind their product, and most of all STAND BEHIND THEIR PROMISES- I had been to every Kia Dealer in the Phoenix area since the end of May. BUY yours HERE from salesman Uncle Abdul and Manager Jack Belsanti. NO nonsense, just tight honest information, and great upfront info on vehicles and pricing. Sometime during negotiations, they switched to a vehicle WITHOUT Cruise and Keyless entry. When we went back Tuesday 5/26/15 to complete the sale, my wife was led to a car, and noticed it had NO CRUISE. The sales person, acted shocked , and then said, gee wait, I just noticed it has no keyless entry either. Can we upgrade you to a model that has those. We never got the $25 visa card they lured us way down there for. They had NONE, I was told. And told the same thing Tuesday. I have filed complaints . sorry they gave your brand a bad name . I went to Tempe Kia a week ago, and the salesman there was honest, and told me the True Value price I had of 15K, was NOT a model that had cruise/keyless entry. THAT WAS FINE. I thanked him for explaining that. As you see from below, Camelback promised they could do it, then switched to the lesser equipped model, seemingly thinking we wouldn't notice , or would be enticed to pay more. Plus the car they showed us was filthy with bird droppings all over it. Nice presentation. i didn't even have to file a complaint at the Arizona Better Buisinee Bureau. We had a LaCrosse and a GMC Acadia and felt as if we did not need 2 cars, so we bought the wagon- it has the features I wanted- safety and things like heated steering wheel and seats, memory seat position, good sound system, comfortable seats, good sound insulation and smooth ride. It also has enough room in the back to put our luggage or to carry golf clubs or other gear.

I paid off the car free and clear but I can't seem to get a free and clear title. I have been waiting over a month for it. When I did get it, it was not notarized or signed and it still had a lean on it. I am very disappointed. It was like he just pulled it out of a drawer and mailed it just to pacify. This is the owner! no less, first he was at an auction, then out for 2 weeks, then he was at the hospital, and now he is going to be gone for a week So I took the title back to Wheels in Motion and still waiting. I don't know what to think at this point. I trust the Tim to do the right thing, but to do business with him again at this point is questionable. Maybe it is just me, so I would recommend this dealer to a friend, because I love the people who work there, but be on the part of caution. I don't think he expected me to pay off the car, I really think he thought I was going to trade it in. I never paid off a car before so maybe this is what is supposed to happen. So I am stumped as to how to get a free and clear title. The title is still not right. It was signed or notarized or signed nothing. I may be wrong but I thought it was up to the company to remove all liens and sign off on it. At least that was what I was told so now I don't know what the truth is. I was told I couldn't take the lien off the company has to do that. So at this point I am confused. I just want a free and clear title from the DMV which shows a lien still in place after a month. So it seems nothing got done in 30 days. So my questions are: Who is supposed to remove the lien? How long does it normally take to get a free and clear title from a dealership? Now that I paid off the car why can't I get a proper free and clear title from Tim Zarbock? Why would he send me a non-notarized title with a lien still on it and call it good? I don't understand. What am I missing? Then be gone for a week? Why are his employees making excuses for him? Why do my emails and phone calls go unanswered? When I called they said he was at an auction, then he was gone 2 weeks, then he was at the hospital, and last week or he will be out of the office for a week. It seems to me a runaround just to get a free and clear title. Then when I finally did get it was not notarized, or signed and still had the lien on it. So I gave it back. This is what I have been dealing with for the past month. Why? Is it supposed to be this hard to get a free and clear title? What is wrong with this picture? Does this make since to anybody?

Amazing experience! I couldn't be happier with the entire process. From the first day I called and inquired about a car to the day and time I drove off the lot with our new car. Car buying is notorious for being a long, stressful and a drawn out process but not with Tony & 101 Motors. There is no way I will go anywhere else but here when buying a car.

Wow just wow I've never been to such a laid back comfortable dealership. Not stuffy with a bunch of shirt and tie wearing robots. Luxury Motorsports is welcoming and had the perfect 2016 Challenger for me. the best part was they got me an ever lower payment than three other dealers who had "advertised" lower prices. I am glad I purchased my car there. Big shout out to Kenny the sales manager with rockstar hair.

3 weeks ago, I bought a 2017 Ford F-150 XLT 3.5 TT 302A/Chrome package, has all the bells and whistles...absolutely beautiful truck. Being a certiefied pre-owned Ford, I was willing to pay the 36K...as I received a more then fair price for my Honda Pilot trade in. I gotta say, I really wanna like this truck. I'm 6'3", It's far and away the most comfortable vehicle I've ever driven. It's wicked powerful...0-60 mph in 6.1 seconds. With all that being said. I've had 2 issues already with the truck. With in 48 hours of taking it home, the starter xxxx the bed. Had to have it towed and starter replaced. Okay parts break, they can be replaced. They played for it. Just today, I returned it to the dealer and got a loaner. Heard a rattling noise when I started it. Upon further investigation via internet, it could be the cam phasers or tensioners. Either way, I don't need my timing chain loosening up and rattling every morning I start it. Like I said, I wanna like this truck but the jury is still out. I'm optimistic and hopeful the dealer will make it right. So much for Certified Ford F-150's passing a 172 checklist and being the "cream of the crop" Evidently starters weren't part of that "172" check list. We'll see what they say when thay call back Monday morning with a diagnosis?

I went and purchased a used 4runner from Hertz and it was EXACTLY what car buying experience SHOULD always be. I even got there a little bit earlier than the open hours but I was greeted right away by Joseph W., who from the very start, listened to what specifically I wanted and did not pressure me into anything that I didn't want/need. Joseph is an awesome guy to buy a car from. I am not a first time buyer, and I went expecting the classic annoying car salesman behavior, but never once, for even a second, did I feel like Joseph did not have my best interest in mind (That is something very strange in car dealerships). Once I was finalizing the deal and thought that the experience couldn't have went better, I even got a discount and free rentals just for being a Hertz Gold Member, awesome ! I would highly recommend Hertz, and more specifically this location due to its great team, to anyone buying a car who wants to know they are getting the best deal possible and working with truly honest people.

I scheduled my service on line to replace a rear passenger seat latch. I showed up at my schedule time - 7:30 am and was greeted promptly, taken directly to my service advisor - Michael DeLillo. After being asked if I need a loaner, 5 minutes later I was in my loaner vehicle. I was notified by Michael that afternoon that a part needed to ordered but that my vehicle would be ready the following day. As promised, I received the call that my vehicle was ready, I arrived at 5:00, dropped off the loaner and 15 minutes later I was on the road with my repair completed. Fast, courteous, efficient service as usual.

I'm always impressed when I take my car to this dealership for service. I was recently greeted by a friendly young man named Jay who got the car in and set me up with the service adviser Adrian. I got the B service package and was very pleased with the service. My car is always delivered to me washed and cleaned inside and out and looks great. I can think of many instances where I've been disappointed with customer service at stores and restaurants, it's refreshing that some places like this Mercedes dealer still know how to treat a customer.

We were interested in an Audi but felt crowded in it. The Mercedes has more room inside and I love the way it drives . We used to have a Lexus GX470 and love it but wanted a smaller car and the Mercedes is the one.

I have owned 5 GMC Sierra Denali's and really loved those trucks but the 2019 Ram Limited is on a whole other level. The 5.7 is slightly slower than the 6.2 but in every other category the Ram is superior. I am very pleased with this truck.

Love the way it is built, no cheap materials I am glad I did not buy the bmw 328 or 528. It looks and feels sporty and I know it will last for a while
