This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

It's the best SUV with all features within decent price. You have all safety features like blind spot in the base model. I test drives Honda CRV and Rav4 and then decided to go for a Rogue.

Most people don’t get their cars repaired at dealerships because they know they are going to get hosed on labor costs. Christian gave me a reasonable price for the repairs needed. Thus, he was smart enough to realize that a repeat customer is better in the long run than a one time customer because you hosed the customer and the customer doesn’t ever return again.

I have always liked Nissan cars since I was a kid. Now that I’m an older man my love for this brand has gotten stronger. Very reliable, great on gas and very spacious. I would highly recommend you buying a Nissan Rogue for your next SUV. I also think that car dealerships don’t get the recognition that they need in order to draw in customers. The People who are quick to write a negative review on a car or car dealership is because either they didn’t do their research or just want to buy a car. Stop do your research and make the best educated decision you can before committing. I did and I’m very happy with my choice.

We now have 80,000 miles on it. No problems except I have to keep resetting the hatch, it doesn't want to close by the switch sometimes. Seats are very comfortable even the rear seating. On trips average 33 mpg driving on the interstate. We like over our RAV4 we had.

My Rogue SL is a very reliable suv; what I like most is very well build, strong and solid made it. Only I complain about a bit noise of the engine when I speed up the car and the GPS is not accurate enough; It was updated and stills results are not good. It saves gas in standard manner. On highway it’s stable with smooth driving. I recommend this car model if your family is small.

I have a Rogue SL which is taking me a minute to get up to get acquainted with all the new features. I like the keyless entry, the stylish exterior, and its roomy and comfortable. I have knee problems, and this SUV allows me the extra room for my knees. I had help programming things I need, but for anyone who's not technically inclined, it may present a challenge initially. Overall, its a nice vehicle, and I do recommend it.

The Sales team of Abdullah Qaderi and Elizabeth Hammond were terrific. Elizabeth very promptly answered my online inquiry regarding a used car that I saw on autotrader.com, confirmed availability and had me scheduled for a test drive before other dealers even took the time to respond. She handed me off to Abdullah as she was with another customer when I arrived. Abdullah was kind, ethical, and very considerate of what I needed, and really took care to make sure I was satisfied with the car, even though I'm sure I was one of the lower-priced sales that weekend. Abdullah made every effort to make the car perfect for me. I highly recommend this sales team at Sheehy Honda. Note - I didn't equally love the fiance/warranty team that did try to pressure me into an additional service contract even though I told them from the start that I absolutely was not interested. Hopefully they can learn from this review that some customers walk in the door knowing exactly what they want and need and don't appreciate the upsell. If it hadn't been for my good experience with the sales team, I would have walked out.

My second Rogue in 10 years. Great on snow, great on gas, and great on maintenance. As long as you change the CVT transmission fluid every ~80K miles, you will never have a transmission issue. Strongly recommend the vehicle. Both of my 2 were purchased brand new, so the proper maintenance have always been done accordingly. One currently has 180k (2013), and my 2019 got about 30K. Excellent vehicle if you change the fluids like a normal intelligent adult.
