If you own a car (found out they work on more than just Mini) Daniel Rodriquez and Frank Rivera are the men to know. From the first call to set up an appointment to the service on my car being completed, these guys are GREAT. I was treated like a valued customer, kept informed on the progress of my service, given a nice loaner car, and educated on options my car has that I wasn't using. My car was returned to me clean as a whistle. Even the cashier (Clarice?) made my visit pleasant by her kind encouragement to "MAKE it a nice day!" The valet (Kwasi?) greeted me with a smile and took time to converse with me for a few minutes. My experience here has been great and I have no reason to believe that future visits will be any less than the same.

I was greated promptly. The service representative understood exactly what I wanted and quoted a reasonable time for completion. In the event, my car was done sooner than promised, the service seems to have been done correctly, and my car and I were out of there in no time with my car having received a wash. The facility is comfortable to wait in and the dealership serves donuts, bagels, and coffee to waiting customers. A very nice experience.

When I found a 2018 JCW Convertible at MoMC that was VERY similar to the 2019 JCW Convertible I had just ordered with my local Dallas Dealer I initiated a conversation. From first phone call through to the final handshake, everything went as expected. I made my initial offer, did the "back-and-forth", dotted "i's" and crossed "t's". Several e-mails, a few phone calls, and the Deal was done. I actually drove my '15 JCW Hardtop the 1300 miles from Texas to take the opportunity to drive the '18 JCW Vert home, doing the Blue Ridge Parkway most of the way back. My experience with my MA Chris Manley was excellent, Giles Bibic was very personable and professional, and Luis in Finance helped get me back on the road by making the paperwork process concise. Even the MoMC staff that were not part of my personal deal were friendly, and engaging. Although distance will be the issue for most of my close friends, I would highly recommend MoMC to anyone who has found their MINI in their inventory. Thank You Chris, Giles, Luis, and MoMC for a great experience!!

One of the gentlemen in the service bay greeted with with a warm and friendly smile and guided me to Frank, my service agent. I was a little frustrated from my battery being jumped, cutting open my hand to having to drive from Woodbridge to Alexandria to have this fixed. I couldn't have had a better experience if I sat on the couch and someone fixed it in the driveway. They were awesome. I walked in, he knew I was coming from making an appointment, took my statement, I sat down for 2 minutes, my courtesy vehicle was there and in 4 hours it was done and I was home. THANK YOU everyone from the greeters, to the service men to the beautiful lady that took my money. THANK YOU!!!

I did not purchase my MINI from Passport, but I've been taking it to them for service since I bought it. They are always patient, courteous, never rush me when I have questions, and everyone is super friendly. They offer loaner or rental cars free of charge, although I don't know whether that changes when my car is no longer under warranty. They always do exactly what they say they will do and get it done on time. There is no pressure to have unnecessary work done, but they are thorough in explaining what does need to happen and why. The lobby is fun and comfortable with coffee. water, and snacks available while you wait. Passport makes the not-so-fun experience of having your car serviced a much more pleasant one. Love this place!

I went in to get an oil change and I decided to get an alignment also. My safety check had expired and when I picked up my car, they had done that for me as well so that saved me from taking the time to get that done too.
