I sent my wife, in to see Jessica on a Friday afternoon in the rain!! On Saturday Jessica delivered the new vehicle as she had worked the deal. I was even able to complete all my paperwork in my home office. The customer service is the best I’ve ever had when making a purchase of this magnitude. As a business you can say customer service and customer satisfaction is your practice but if you don’t have the employees whom buy into the culture and arrive at work daily with this as their priority, it just doesn’t work. Great experience at Brickell Mazda. Daniel Chang and New Car Manager Oliver Mayoral were excellent. This car has amazing power and comfort. The interior leather is buttery soft and a beautiful color. Legroom is adequate in the front and middle row. A little cramped in the back row. I would like the back hatch window to open seperately from the glass but they say it's a safety feature. OnlyTwo things that I'm not happy with: 1. The running boards are about 2 inches too narrow. It's tricky sometimes depending on the shoes I'm wearing to not slip off. 2. I don't care for the headrests onthe second row. They are very small and rock back and forth. I would prefer something stationary and larger for comfort. Other than that,the car is incredible. Fanciest car I've ever owned !
