I have only had the 2018 Mazda CX 5 for a week and so far it is great. I purchased it with 1032 miles on it and I have no complaints. It handles great and I am still learning all the new features. My last car was a 2008 so I have a lot to learn. I am happy with my decision to purchase this car.

I traded a Mercedes GLC300 for the 2019 CX-5 and, honestly, this feels like an upgrade, although the Mazda is priced almost $20K below the Benz. The interior is better, sound system just as good, and technology is superior. Also much more entertaining to drive (I have the GTR, which has the turbo engine, although I drove the GT and it was pretty well powered). Thrilled with the Mazda and really happy with the upscale direction they are taking with he product.

Great size car, great styling, nice price point - lots features and upgrades standard including safety features. So far very happy with the purchase! Will recommend this car to family and friends!!

I have zero complaints. I have owned the Grand Touring trim in Soul Red Crystal for 2 years and driven 31k miles. I have not had a single issue in that time. I have driven on rough Colorado trailhead roads, through snow, into the mountains to ski and hike and camp. The AWD is functional. The Bose sound system is wonderful. I get compliments on the color and styling frequently. Love this car. I wish it had more power, but 187HP is fair enough.

Love the Exterior - Super sharp! Reliability is very good from what I've read. I only kept it 3 months, though, and traded it in for a Subaru Forester. I'm 5'0" tall, and could never get the seat/pedals/steering combo to fit me correctly. Also, visibility is poor, like so many SUVs are these days, due to wide roof pillars, windows are not tall enough or wide enough, & the 4 headrests are in the way of viewing out the side and back as well. Try to get Blind Spot Monitoring & Rear Cross Traffic Alert to help with the visibility issue. My interior was Black, and I felt like I was driving around in a dark cave. The SUBARU FORESTER, however has tall, wide windows, smaller headrests, a standard moonroof on the 2nd trim level (the Premium), so there is visibility and light galore!! They also are much more proactive about offering light-colored seats, which also helps it to not be so dark inside. I don't have blind spot monitoring in it, but I don't need it because the visibility is so good! The LCD screen & features are much more pleasant and user friendly than the Mazda's. The Mazda's will not let you select a certain Radio Station, you have to scroll through all of your stations to find it. Also, it will not let you touch your LCD screen while you're driving, but they force you to look down at the console area & use controls down there to operate the screen while driving, which is super unsafe!! The Mazda has a lot going for it, but I because of the above, I wouldn't really recommend it. But some of it is due to personal preference, as well as my short height. The Subaru Forester is well worth the extra money I paid for it! I LOVE it every single day I'm driving it. I traded a 2016Mazda CX-5 Touring for a 2016 Subaru Forester Premium 2.5i. Best decision I've made in a long time!!

This car lives up to the hype! Fantastic features that entices the car connoisseur to total happiness. I originally wanted this CX5 for my wife but she insisted that I get and I'm extremely happy with it. Great on gas with all the pizzazz that it has!

Good looks, quiet, fun to drive, nice sound system. Not just another compact SUV. My only complaint is the seat coushins are uncomfortable (too firm).

Such a smooth drive. I drive a ton for work and I love the luxurious inner cabin. Great Bose sound system too. Great navigation system and blue tooth compatibility allows me to use Waze easily. As a realtor that is very important.

I'm not a car person, but I LOVE driving the certified 2014 A5 I bought in December 2016 from Rockville Audi. I did a Wash/Baltimore area search on cars in stock and the pros & cons of certified vs. not certified so when I saw my car listed, I thought it was a fair price. I then did a quick online review of the dealership (I didn't want an adversarial experience) and saw that Maria Cokinos had good reviews. Basically, I made to deal over the phone, I showed up three hours later on Dec. 23rd and I drove off with my 'new car.' The words I will use to describe the experience are: fair, respectful, a win-win. I really do love driving the car, buying it was a positive experience and I appreciate Maria's follow-up to make sure I'm comfortable with the car. This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. This car has everything I needed: Great styling, quiet ride, all the latest safety tech stuff, plus auto-highbeams (really cool), rain-sensitive wipers. The only negative was the Navigation. It seemed like old school technology. The car is equipped with Apple Car Play, and if I could re-do, I would use Waze or Google Maps on the Car play, and not buy the navigation. Also, the app screen on top of the dashboard is slightly distracting. It looks a retracting screen, that doesn't retract. These are the only negatives. Overall, the car is gorgeous. We bought Soul Red.

I have a Grand Touring which gives all the features available in 2013 and it’s really still all you need today. With all maintenance done to her on schedule we have had no issues so far at 105,000 miles. Only downfall is very little power but I guess if I want to keep getting 29mpg it’s a sacrifice I have to make.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

The seats are extremely comfortable I could drive for hours....especially, with the seat warming system....the drive is quiet and smooth and I am extremely happy!

We purchased a low mileage used CX-5 from Tom Bush VW/Mazda in Jax, FL (Steve Garcia) and love it! It was our second CX-5 (the first was involved in a wreck) and we didn't even think of purchasing anything else from anywhere else. We've had trucks for a long time (and still have one), but sold one for a vehicle to do long road trips (mostly) vs. renting a car. Our CX-5 is comfortable to ride and drive, plenty of room and gets 30 mph. And we both love the heated seats!! Yes, we are happy campers with our CX-5!

This car is an excellent choice for a small SUV. It is fun to drive with excellent gas mileage. I highly recommend it. It has surpassed my expectations.
