I LOVE this car! Looked at a lot of reviews and reliability and safety reviews before setting my sights on this car. It has not disappointed me. Actually, has exceeded my wants and expectations. Extremely comfortable drive, very comfortable seats, and all the amenities you could want. The MKX Reserve 2.7 liter engine responds with no hesitancy and has the power to achieve passing speeds with ease.

I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Navigator from Heiser Group. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service they provided and the follow up to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. This is something I haven't experienced before so I felt like I was quite a special customer. They let me try out several vehicles to insure I had exactly what I wanted!! It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned). I left the dealership confident I made the right decision and I am confident I will be supported in any of my needs going forward. I will never purchase from anyone other than Heiser going forward. I had a flat, it caused rim scrapping on both tires on drivers side, I called Brennen and brought the car in and this morning Patty called and it was a nail and they could repair tire and have rims fixed. 75K maintenance and LOF plus Transmission fluid change. Experience was good from start to finish. Service Advisor was timely and knowledgeable. Service was done in a timely manner and test drove before return. Vehicle was washed before return.
