I love this Kia Soul. It is my first vehicle to give me better vision from being higher up. I love that. The vehicle rides smoothly and is a joy. My Soul is a metallic gray. I love the brake lights! The bright red lights look awesome against my gray vehicle. All in all, since I leased this car, I will lease another one when I turn this one in.

I got a used 2021 only one owner Soul with just 5400 miles in a local dealer, been driving it for two weeks, making 25 to 26 mpg within the city, haven't driven it yet on the road but I can tell it's roomy inside, I am a fat 240 pounds guy and I fit very well behind the wheel. Mine is the basic LW trim but I feel safe and confident. The inside noise is not so high and the ride feels smooth. It has enough power to start quick and easy to move forward. Only dislike is that feature to stop the engine at the light for gas save but fortunately it can be disabled by pressing a key underneath the dashboard on the left.

We bought a 2020 Kia Soul GT. We loved it. I caution you to NOT buy into all the add-on warranties. You will never get your money out. We got snookered in and it raised our pmt by several $$. We loved the car so much that we bought a second Soul. We sold the 2020 and kept the 2022. It gets between 35 and 41 mpg. Dealer does all the work.

Our 3rd Soul and this one is a keeper. (npi) Way better power range with the 2.0 4 cyl. Decent gas mileage with mid range driving and a big ,and or, heavy foot. Nimble but stable agility when turning or passing. Great factory quality control as well.

The inside of the car has a lot of head space. The back seat and trunk space are fairly roomy. Overall, rides nice and it reliable.

After many hours of learning current market values and contacting many dealerships, Classic Chevrolet in the first phone conversation revealed no fixed or high pressure add ons - that was enough for me. Dealing with Classic Chevrolet was about as straightforward as you can get in dealing with any car dealership. Vehicle was available and as described, no dealer add ons (which seems to be a major issue in Internet pricing), and no high pressure sales. Just the typical unfun price negotiation at the end which I have 100% experienced in my every car buying experience. As a totally different experience, cars.com should deny service to Autosaavy and Car Revolution. One would be insane to attempt a purchase after reading their reviews. They do harm to the Internet buying experience.

The first girl that helped me was not helpful at all. She just stared at herself in the window, swinging her hair in the reflection. Then left me outside to look at vehicles by myself while she talked bad about another employee. Ugh.... BUT the man who took over was great. I went in yesterday to purchase a used car after doing a preapproval application. I wanted to see 5 cars so I knew it might be time consuming but I was actually wrong. They gave me Ros as my salesman and he quickly led me to each car. He was very efficient, while I looked at one he would get the next one open and ready to view. He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know!
