This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

I was looking to replace my Saturn but had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted. I dread car lots, pushy sales staff and haggling on price. CarMax is different and a joy to work with. After checking out over a dozen different makes, models and features on their lot, I zeroed in on a 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. My brother checked the mechanics and after test driving we both felt this vehicle was a perfect fit for me. CarMax is unique. There is no pressure in purchasing. Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. My experience theft on tiktok and YouTube to break in them. Torn collar from swirling wheel collar. This car is nice and convenient why would that happen to this soul lx Kia.

After driving my GF's 2020 Soul Xline and her mother's 2020 Ex round trip from Arizona to Wisconsin I decided to buy a 2023 Soul Ex for myself and my GF's also purchased a new one. I'm 6'3" and am comfortable driving cross country, the car is smooth and doesn't have the horrible road noise associated with smaller FWD vehicles. The soul is a fun to drive great value vehicle. After 10 months and 10K miles I've had zero Issues and am extremely happy with my soul.

I love this Kia Soul. It is my first vehicle to give me better vision from being higher up. I love that. The vehicle rides smoothly and is a joy. My Soul is a metallic gray. I love the brake lights! The bright red lights look awesome against my gray vehicle. All in all, since I leased this car, I will lease another one when I turn this one in.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

On the 2020 recall, dealer fixed it with no problem, offered a loaner car for the duration. Very good gas mileage. Also, dealer will now install anti-theft system, all with NO CHARGE.

I drive a 2019 Kia Sorento, I was having trouble with my tire going flat. When I called to make an appointment, the technician on the phone suggested that I bring my car in right away, to avoid hazardous issues. When I did they were able to accommodated me right away, not only did they fix my tire they also noticed that I was in need of a oil change and serviced my vehicle for that as well. It was a bit of a wait but it was to be expected due to the fact that I didn’t have an appointment and they were able to fit me into the first available time slot that they could. The staff there was extremely helpful and courteous, especially Ms. Angie who is always a pleasure to encounter whenever my vehicle needs to be serviced! Thank You Nalley Kia!

I count on my car to get me from here to there, comfortably. The Kia Soul is roomy with all the controls logically and conveniently laid out. I'm not going to take it to track day any time soon. But sometimes I catch myself almost truly enjoying my commute. It's everything I require out of a commuting vehicle (and an occasional long haul ride) - and it's nothing I don't need.

We bought a 2020 Kia Soul GT. We loved it. I caution you to NOT buy into all the add-on warranties. You will never get your money out. We got snookered in and it raised our pmt by several $$. We loved the car so much that we bought a second Soul. We sold the 2020 and kept the 2022. It gets between 35 and 41 mpg. Dealer does all the work.

Our 3rd Soul and this one is a keeper. (npi) Way better power range with the 2.0 4 cyl. Decent gas mileage with mid range driving and a big ,and or, heavy foot. Nimble but stable agility when turning or passing. Great factory quality control as well.

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

I got a used 2021 only one owner Soul with just 5400 miles in a local dealer, been driving it for two weeks, making 25 to 26 mpg within the city, haven't driven it yet on the road but I can tell it's roomy inside, I am a fat 240 pounds guy and I fit very well behind the wheel. Mine is the basic LW trim but I feel safe and confident. The inside noise is not so high and the ride feels smooth. It has enough power to start quick and easy to move forward. Only dislike is that feature to stop the engine at the light for gas save but fortunately it can be disabled by pressing a key underneath the dashboard on the left.

It's just we wanted. My wife is very short, so we wanted a car that has an electric adjustable driver seat. We rented a KiA 2021 and that's when we fell in love. We have had our Soul for over a year and we are very pleased.

After doing extensive research I knew what I wanted, but had been waiting for a dealership to get the car in a color I wanted as well as a good price. I found it online at Rick case, called to see if it was available and Shane helped me out from the start. The plastic was still on all the seats when we arrived but Shane didn't hesitate and had us out on a test drive quickly. He was knowledgeable about all the features, and very personable. We had a great experience with him and Rick case. When we took the car home, we realized forgot something at the dealership and called Shane. He went way above and beyond making sure we got it back immediately. My first Kia Soul was bought 10/2010. Sloan green. This was one of the first Kia Souls made! I traded my Kia Soul in 7/2017 on a Kia Rio. (I definitely would not recommend Kia Rios!) Then In April 2022 I traded my Rio on a fiesta red! A beautiful spicy red car! I love Souls! They are roomy built for comfort and they have speed when I need speed! My new Soul lets me know when I am going out of my driving lane, has a built in camera to help me see behind me when I am backing up and let’s me know when a car is near me when I am changing lanes. It also lets me know when there is going to be a possible wreck. I am definitely in LOVE with KIA SOULS!!!!

I’ve only had one “real” issue since taking my car here. And it was fixed up the very next morning. Jeremiah and the ladies at the front in service are awesome. :)
