But I did buy a car at another dealership because a salesman at Kia Bloomington referred me to this other dealership. Since then I have serviced my car at three other dealerships and at Bloomington Kia, and I'll be going to Kia Bloomington from now on. They're adequately staffed. They're organized and have fabulous customer service. They extended a warranty claim to me that saved me a lot of money. I trust their advice. We bought a low mileage 10 yr old used kia as a 2nd car from a Toyota dealer. In spite of being fully serviced, we had issues from the start The dealer fixed the problems but they returned within the 1st 1500 miles. We took the car to Riverhead KIA and they found there were serious issues with the engine Patricia and Crystal and service manager took the issues as a personal project and chased the car history then managed to get KIA corporate to cover the cost of the new engine. even though they did not sell us the car, they were determined to make it right They were amazing. We had a lot of back and forth with the dealer who sold us the car but nothing but positive responses and regular updates from KIA. If you are in the market for or need service for a KIA, the team at Riverhead gets more than 5 stars from us They’re what you hope a car dealer should be
