I came here looking to replace my 2002 Cebu Trailblazer with a 4Runner that they had on the lot. The salesperson I dealt with was Frankie Cox. She was professional with a great bubbly personality and made my car buying experience pleasant and enjoyable.

This car meets my expectations of comfort, quality, and on off road performance that most other suv's can't compare with. Jeep is comfortable for family and friends, and I can still venture out to areas where others wouldn't take the daily driver they have to rely on to get back and forth.

We traded emails with Konstantin a few times over the last few weeks. The car we were interested in, had been listed since August (3 months), so we were happy to see our patience pay off, as the asking price continued to decrease. I called him in the morning to confirm the car was still available and asked him to let me know what the brakes and tire ratings were during their inspection. He quickly gathered the information and passed it on. We met and test drove the car. He was not pushy. Left us with the car and told us to come inside when were made a decision. We paid with a check, so no financing and we closed on the vehicle in minutes. So quick. So easy. Great place to buy a used car.

This vehicle has everything I wanted. I love that it’s spacious. I’ve always love me the way the Grand Cherokees looked and always wanted one, I’m VERY HAPPY that I have one now! Worth it!

I never liked the cherokees. My previous SUV a pathfinder served us well for 13 years. Thought we would be driving another but took a cherokee for a test drive and we were sold. We picked the limited with the six and boy does it move. Regular gas a major plus , all the bells n whistles of the pathfinder and better mileage to boot.

This car met all our needs its excellent room just what my wife was looking for comfortable looks great and she loves the colors the sun roof was a hit with my wife

Nice styling- unlike some of the newer, outlandish Japanese & GM crossovers that look like they were designed by Stevie Wonder. . It's a real SUV -as it has as real 4WD with a low range-I can go anywhere with confidence. . Entertainment system and Nav are much more intuitive that that on my Audi. Has huge fuel tank- can go over 600 miles on the hwy.

Great color, interior and ride.....Many compliments since buying this car. Others want to know where I got this vehicle and was I impressed with the dealer where I bought it.

Nice. It is a Jeep. Handles nice. Plenty of power. It has four wheel drive. It has towing capability. What more can I say about it. I have not owned long enough to give it a reliability rating.

This vehicle has met my needs and is exactly was looking for. The 4WD works great in snow and the interior is comfortable and nicely styled. Exterior looks great!

I have owned 3 Grand Cherokee Limiteds (94, 05 & 2018) and all have been great—I have driven each of the older vehicles over 10 years with minimal issues. The V8 engine performance has always been exceptional and each Jeep has been comfortable, responsive and very reliable. The 18 model is the best one yet—it is the 25th anniversary “Sterling” model, black with silver leather interior and a 5.7 liter “hemi” engine. The technology in this Jeep is state of the art. I love it, have owned it for a year with no issues and will probably keep it 10 years+.

I’ve owned a 2017 GC Limited 4x2 for a year and loved it. I decided to buy a lightweight camper but without the tow package I was not able to pull what I wanted. I traded it in on an 2017 Overland 4x4 with the Harmon Kardon sound system and I’m on top of the world. Now I can get a bigger camper! The panarama roof is the best feature I enjoy the most.

Plenty of leg room, easy to get in and out of. nice ride and quieter than expected. Dual zone comfort, our favorite vehicle so far.

1. Staff at door was there and immediately got to my car, getting the information and pointing me to the available check in desk. 2. The check in was quick and accurate, without having to go through seventeen different forms or computer screens to find my appointment. 3. Waiting area was clean, light, and had room to relax and/or work. No elbow jamming in uncomfortable chairs. The staff also made sure I needed shuttle service when I went to get a drink. 4. Service was prompt and efficient. 5. Check out was done quickly and in a nice manner. Had a nice conversation, including the largest amount someone paid in cash. 6. Car was in the spot stated, with the seat in the correct position.

Just purchased this car, so time will tell on the reliability, but if history repeats itself, I expect this new Jeep will provide me with many years of reliable and comfortable driving. This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I leased my Jeep Grand Cheerokee from McGovern!!! The Jeep is amazing. Plenty of leg room. Great convenience features. Plenty of room for my toys...with the seats down I had- My street hockey gear Inline skates, hockey stick and safety gear. All of my fly fishing gear Rods, tackle boxes, waders And my Specialized road bike There was still plenty of room for more!

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I need more experience driving the Jeep, haven’t had it to long. It is so much fun to drive it has a lot of power! It is an eye catcher, everyone likes to look at it which makes me smile, I’m real proud of it!

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

The Jeep Grand Cherokee has been my preference for years. The 2018 limited has the style, comfort , updated features and interior that makes the Jeep brand legendary.
