The courtesy you provide throughout is amazing and always a welcoming atmosphere . No matter what the service is, it’s accurate and efficient. Previously I’ve been very happy with my 2 different purchases from Safford. Also I’m still very happy Safford, that years ago (not sure how many years it’s been) you were able to make the move from your previous location which was a little cramped for your servicing 👍🏽

Started has service Customer and needed a more reliable truck after losing my mom…my sales person was worked the deal and I was waiting for the accounts from my mom be turned over into my name so needed a week before everything would be in my name Mike in finance held the truck till everything got sorted and in a week has promised I got the truck because of them letting me prove my word and Mike believed me they have customer for life bought a used Durango rt and when doing the paperwork Mike told you proved your word is golden that helped me especially after losing my mom and just 2 days ago traded the the Durango for my first new a 2023 Durango rt plus last call…each time used Nick and Mike has my team and will continue to use them and bring my twin girls and get there first car from they definitely have a customer for life Thank you

Great to work with Spence and Tony while purchasing my wife's new VW Golf. I was a little stressed having my two young kids with me, but they were more than accommodating and understanding. Spence is on top of his game and knows VWs inside and out; super professional and approachable. Tony was the sales manager and was able to make the buying experience quite comfortable. Toss any preconcieved notions of "typical" salesman tactics, this man wants you to leave satisfied. We came in already knowing exactly which car we wanted, so perhaps that added to the ease of the transaction. I have no doubt that even an uncertain buyer would have a great experience as well.
