I had a such a wonderful experience purchasing my 2021 bmw x6 in January. Jayson was amazing and very professional. He had lots of patience with me. Jayson’s energy was amazing, so much so where due to unforeseen circumstances I was shopping for another car.. Since I had such a great unexpected experience with Jayson I said I have to go back to him even though the dealership is 1 hour and 15 minutes away from me and I was referred to another dealership 15 minutes away from me. I called him and said Jayson let’s make magic again after telling him what I was looking for.. Well yesterday that was what we did. I purchased a 2023 bmw x6 with the M sport package (my white diamond) Jayson once again was simplyyyyyy amazing, alone with MrJR, one of the managers, Mr. Bobby another manager and Mr. Don the finance manager. Thank you guys so much.. Jayson was a call away and talked to me while he was off.. I told Jayson I wasn’t taking that drive to the dealership unless we could make magic with that car, he said don’t worry we will and we DID💃🏽 Another great experience . Wonderful people who made a horrible experience turn into an amazing one that was worth the drive anytime.. Looking to get a car definitely ask for Jayson Robertson, he is truly that guy!! This was the fourth dealership that I had been to in less than a week. Ke’Andre came outside to greet me with open arms the minute I drove up. I explained that the other dealerships were not as warming. He took everything I said about the less than par experiences from the other places I had been to and turned my car buying experience into an incredible one. I recently purchased a vehicle at Bergeys Chevrolet in Plymouth meeting. Jim Brody was my salesman through out the process an I had absolutely no complaints. Jim was awesome the entire time. After I had agreed on a monthly payment, Jim an the other members of Bergeys continued to work with the banks an get my monthly payment sufficiently lower then what I agreed upon, without me even asking. Bergeys is a great place to buy a vehicle an Jim Brody is the man when it comes to great customer service. I will definitely be back for my future vehicles, and suggesting bergeys to friends.

Update, I was quickly contacted by the GM who promised to make good on the car by either getting rid of the smell or take the car back.
