This place was amazing!! I drove 6 hours to look at a used vehicle in their lot. I was nervous it was going to be nothing like the pictures but i was reassured the moment I got there. The car was in wonderful shape and the customer service was wonderful. I worked with Cynthia and she just stood back and let us look at the car without pressure. Once we test drove the car we only noticed that the brakes were grinding. To my surprise when I mentioned it to the owner he took it into their shop and they replaced it themselves!! I couldn't believe it. I could not have asked for a better buying process. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you to everyone at Indy Motors!

This car has more leg room than I have had before. The ride is very smooth and has plenty of pick up and go. Very classy vehicle, good mpg as well. Turbo is a plus.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Great car! Has alot of room inside. Not bulky on the road. Very sporty looking. Great power! Handles great. Alot of nice features. Great vehicle all over!

I took my wife’s Jeep Cherokee to Tom O’Brien Greenwood for oil change and tire rotation in the Mopar express lane. They got me right in and right out, very quick! The service advisor was great, very friendly very informative and kept me updated

PLENTY OF SPACE, GREAT FOR LONG DRIVING, RADIO SCREEN CONNECTS TO CELLPHONE ALLOWING TO LAUNCH YOUR OWN CELLPHONE APPS. THE BEST BLUETOOTH DEVICE ON A VEHICLE WITH VOICE RECOGNITION, PARKING IN REVERSER ASSISTANT TECHNOLOGY INCLUDED AND MUCH MORE FEATURES. THE ONLY REASON FOR SELLING IS THAT I NEED AN UPGRADE TO A 250 DIESEL PICK UP TRUCK FOR HEAVY LOAD.

I was in the process of buying a quality used car for a year or so. The Carmel Motors website along with Cars.com were great resources. Once I decided to start test driving, I was a little hesitant because I did not want to be hassled. Dru at Carmel Motors understood what I was looking for and my timeline and was more than willing to let me test drive different models without putting the "hard sell" on. The overall buying process was smooth from working with Dan on the financing and ultimate purchasing of the vehicle. I highly recommend Carmel Motors if you are looking for a quality used car.

I think this is a good one. The exterior is good. The interior is also good. The build is good. This one of my fave cars.

Best vehicle I have ever owned. Love the Hummer H2. This is one solid vehicle. A 2004 no rust, looks like new. Incredible ride, not to mention one of the safest on the road. No one is going to intentionally mess with an H2. Unless they are stupid.

At 12K miles I replaced the rear shocks, no hard driving. Stock rims are alloy but feel more like cheap sheet metal. I cracked 2 Rims, then bent another. No hard driving, maybe some rough patches on US 1 and I95. Tires would constantly leak with the hubcaps on ( After the rims were replaced ) I believe the the hubcaps were also rotating and pressing the valve stems. Car alarm went bad at 55K miles . I traded the car in at 76K miles.

The foam coming from the vents seems to be an issue in every car ! It gets on the interior and my clothes! A pain in the butt!

The sales team is easy to work with and seem genuinely interested in making sure you drive away with the right vehicle for your needs; not just the most expensive vehicle you can afford (like some other dealers). They're more than fair on trades and actively help you find the right combination of rebates and financing options to save you the most money. Robert and Nate are great guys to work with and made the whole lengthy process as painless as possible.

I had a very low budget and was able to search for multiple cars to fit it. The Hyundai Accent I purchased is perfect for my situation and I'm so thankful for cars.com for helping me find it.

No problems whatsoever, even after the sale, they went above, and ask to see Brian Minner, he is the go-to guy in sales, very sharp when it comes to the vehicles he is selling, very polite and cordial, and will do you an awesome job! cannot say enough about the guy, he was there at least till 10pm, and it only took so long because of my negotiation over the price lol! Inside the seating room is bigger than our towncand country which is great. 2 design flaws i feel and a lot of others do too online is #1 the headrest for mid seating is not good for child seats..very hard to remove head rest and they Do NoT adjust at all. Its an issue for families, #2 the gear switch knob is poorly placed as anyone who uses volume on radio could easily flip it into lower gear or neutral and i see that as safety hazard . Overall besides thise two things i still would give the Van 4.5 stars for everything else. Really is a great purchase!

This was my first experience with Ed Martin Buick GMC and Jon Steele in particular. Not knowing anyone at this dealership I was reluctant to stop in (we had offered a used car for sale on line and Jon contacted me with interest in seeing it). Not stopping would have been a huge mistake. I was treated like their best customer although we had just met. Jon and the team at Ed Martin were professional. None of the silly games dealerships are sometimes known for. Not these guys. I was there maybe half an hour while they assessed our vehicle and gave us a very fair valuation on it. We'd done our homework on what its value should be and that's what we were offered at Ed Martin, so there was no reason to shop it any further. I would love to work with Jon and the guys in the future. Felt very welcome even though i was not a buyer....today. People there were genuinely friendly and the level of professionalism was evident across every single employee i met. All the paper work was completed and we were out the door again this morning with a check and completed deal...all in less than 1/2 hr. I agree with first reviewer about the Palisade. It has a less boxy look than the Kia Telluride but the ride is nice, with not much outside noise. All the safety devices included in the top model make this my choice when the Palisade I ordered finally arrives at the dealer.

We purchased our 2015 Chevy Tahoe from Unlimited Motors. We had just had triplets on top of our two older girls and really needed a larger vehicle. The entire process went extremely well and we couldn't be happier. The vehicles on the lot are all clean and in really good shape with several very nice collectibles inside. Warranty info was straight forward and I didn't get the stereotypical "used car salesman" from any of the staff. The process was much easier than any other car lot I or my wife have purchased from. The trade in process was fair and exactly what I went into it expecting to get. The facility inside is a little industrial for a car lot, but don't let that full you, their team is great and their cars are excellent. We are needing another larger vehicle and they are currently finding exactly what we want. We will absolutely buy from them again!

I'm 6'1" tall and I have found this car to be very comfortable for my size. Handles well in all weather and has a sleek appearance. It has also proven to be very reliable.

This car met all my need, its spacious and stylish. The miles per gallon is great as well and the steering feels great. The interior feels great.

Called 9:30 on a Monday, spoke to Richard and informed him my 2016 Pilot purchased in NY had a slow leak with a screw in the tire. His response, "how quick can you get it here I'll squeeze you in". Had an oil change and tire rotation done while it was in. I was not a customer of this dealership but they acted in a very kind professional manner. I shouldn't be surprised since they are a Honda dealer and proves to me that my Honda purchases since 1976 were indeed warranted. Thank you all very much and I will definitely visit again.

I searched for months, both online and in my area, for the specific car that I wanted: A 2013 Lexus GS 350 F SPORT with AWD. I finally found one that had been owned and operated in California, which was a big deal to me because I didn't want one that had been owned and operated in a Rust Belt or cold weather state due to corrosion issues. This dealer had bought this car at auction in CA the week prior to me finding it on Cars.com and when I called the dealer, the guy I spoke to (Amir) was very friendly and helpful. He even climbed under the car for me on the lot and took photos of the undercarriage and the engine compartment to show me that the car was very clean and had no rust. I live in KS and this dealer is in IN, so this was going to be a complicated deal since I also had a car that I wanted to sell (not trade, but sell for cash). I had never bought a car from an out-of-state dealer, and I did my homework on Fishers Imports. They had nearly perfect reviews, but I still shared my apprehension with Shawn and Amir but they put my concerns at ease. These guys (Amir and Shawn) were patient, professional and courteous throughout the process. They made me a fair cash offer for my car, sold me the Lexus for a fair price, and did their part to make the transaction quick and smooth. I drove my car there and sold it to them and purchased the Lexus and drove it home, all in the same 1,100 mile and 18-hour day. I even had some (previously unknown to me) minor title issue with the car that I sold to them, but they helped me work those out and get the transaction done. The car that they sold me was as advertised, and I've been driving it for nearly a month with no issues or surprises. The car was clean and in very nice condition. They were responsive via phone and email, and while there were some minor bumps along the way they did what they needed to do to get things right and ensure that I was satisfied with the transaction. I would buy another car from these guys, even long-distance, and I would also recommend them to family and friends alike. To date, I'm completely satisfied with this experience.

I gave our 2017 Pacifica Touring L plus all five stars except for reliability. We’ve only owned it a month and a half now and don’t know how reliable it will be for us. Other than that this vehicle is exactly what we wanted The price was high for the rest of it other brands we were looking at but for the features you get at that price you really do get what you pay for if you want a loaded full Van with all the features you want and some you don’t want but realize you need Our van is the one that filled all of our requirements and more.

We moved here to the Noblesville area over a year ago with a 2012VW beetle we had purchased in Ohio. We brought it to Tom Wood Volkswagen for service last year & were really impressed with their courteous, conscientious service & follow-up. When we decided to purchase a new VW beetle, we again visited the Tom Wood VW Noblesville dealership to look @ the new beetles. Found just what we were looking for!! Mike Karpy appeared on the lot & was VERY informative of the new VW beetles as opposed to the outdated technology of our 2012 beetle. We chose the VW beetle we wanted and proceeded to the finance dept, aided by the the very competent Lauren Bailey. She was direct, to the point, & very efficient! We were in & out of the finance office in less than 30 minutes! The best finance experience we???ve ever had!!

This is a great family car. I have driven long distances and the 4 kids were comfortable. However, after 90,000 miles things under the hood begin to break. The engine is mounted in such a manner that it is difficult to repair so most of the repair cost is for labor. A tune-up $800.00, replaced heater and hoses $1600.00, catalytic converter $700.00, oil switch to engine $200.00. All of this needed to be done between 90,000 and 120,000 miles. I average 80 miles a day so this has been costly for me.
