Bought my 2021 Velo N in Dec of 2020; have had no problems at all with it. I find it considerbly ore entertaining than the 2008 Corvette that I traded in for it. Those who'va haad issues with this car are ones who have modded it. Leave it stock.

It was okay. I hadn’t bought a vehicle for a while and they continued to hand me off to different sales person which was different. In the past once you got with someone they stayed with you during the entire experience. We were a thousand dollars apart on making a deal and we could not overcome that. So we made no deal.

Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! The dealership was responsive and followed up regarding my questions. I did not end up purchasing the car I was looking at (yet), but their service was outstanding so far.

Started off rocky however Dave, Calvin and Mark went above and beyond to get me my JGC Summit diesel. Calvin is an asset to this dealer for the simple fact of staying in contact with me on his days off with a sick child and still trying to make sure I was getting the service I deserved. Dave made sure the JGC was washed, detailed and ready for my test drive over I arrived from brookings. Mark took over from there and got my paperwork processed as quickly as he could so that I could then sit with Megan in finance. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making this happen.
