This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

This is our third Santa Fe, we have always been pleased by the car performance. I would buy another one This car has been very reliable for us

So I purchased this car because I needed mor space . I also needed more comfortable ride I drive a lot it check all my boxes when I went for a test drive.

After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. Absolutely LOVE driving this SUV!......so stylish....practical and soooo comfortable.......it has plenty of leg room...lots of cargo space and just enough seating.......handles very well on the highway and is very gas efficient.....and the safety features are AWESOME!

We have had the 2022 Santa Fe Calligraphy for one year and have been very satisfied for the most part. We learned early on that a front seat passenger can not use a seat pad and have the passenger seat air bag light go off. We met with a regional customer service advisor at the dealership and were told all new cars are that way. It’s unfortunate if you happen to be under 5’ and want to sit higher. Now that I know that, I am sorry not to have checked this before we purchased. Now that I do know I will consider this at my next purchase. Only three other issues, terrible gas mileage 22-24 mpg, occasional failure of the doors to unlock without pressing the key fob and street noise. As far as comfort is concerned, we have been happy with the ride and handling.

Bought a new F-150 Platinum. Had some challenges with the prep and delivery, but the General Sales Manager stepped up and made it right. Very pleased with their responsiveness. The price I paid was fair, so no complaints at all. I appreciate when a dealer is sincerely interested in my satisfaction.

Had since new. Over 92,000 miles and I just replaced front brake pads. Did rear pads at 65,000. Never had any issues. Very comfortable. Actually got over 31 mpg on highway for the 2.4 which is rated at 22-29 mpg

Great car, love driving it. It is under powered but once you get to highway speed it’s fine. Had a great service rep but he left so will have to see how new one pans out. I have had zero problems with this car.

Bought a new one 2017 .love bought it in Chattanooga tn just 6 mo later moved to Washington state st ..and was worried how it handled driving in and on snow and ice ..turns out does very good .never have had any issues .I wished I got the upgraded one that included heated seating and tented window or the leather seats .but wasting to save money.

Bought new in Jan, 2020. Great, large SUV. Quiet, comfortable, economical, reliable. With the 2.4 this SUV can cruise all day at 80-90MPH. Loaded with safety and comfort features. If it came with a 3rd row seat and AWD, we would still have this fine automobile. Alas, ours didn’t. My bad. Performed flawlessly in the 2 years we owned it. Very highly recommended.

This car meets my daily needs. I was looking for a daily driver so I could save on gas. The gas mileage is great and the v6 has plenty of power. I was very surprised at the power in this motor yet easy on gas. Especially when I was driving a truck that gets 11 mpg

I was the first one in America to own the 2021 Santa Fe limited, or any 2021 SF actually! I’ve never owned a Hyundai but I am loving this vehicle! I have Stormy Seas with the leather trim interior. Every feature possible in this baby Palisade, I can tell you it has features I thought I’d never use in AZ and I’ve used them all from parking assist to heated steering wheel and cooled and heated seats! The window shades in the rear windows help in 115* heat. I love the cameras and everything that came with it. I love to open the roof and let the sun in without getting blown all over the place.

I have always owned (and still do) Hondas and Subarus. When I looked at purchasing a midsized crossover, I tried both the Subaru Ascent and Honda CRV. both were just okay. A lot more car than competitive cars. The styling and interior are better than luxury brands. My SEL with premium and convenience packages is MUCH more impressive than the luxury brands. The warranty is the best available in the industry.

Maxx called us regarding a Ford Escape he thought would be a good fit for us. We went looked at vehicle, test drove and wanted a little time to discuss. Within a few hours we returned to talk to Maxx regarding a purchase. He took a lot of time explaining features of vehicle vehicle, VIP plan and began the paperwork. Once paperwork was approved for financing we were directed to the financial advisor, I apologize but I don't remember her name. She again walled us thru the process and started the paperwork. We were very impressed with the attention she gave us. Once completed we were returned to Maxx. By this time it was past closing but Maxx didn't say a word about the time.
