I bought my 2020 Palisade limited all wheel drive brand new and LOVE IT. I had a 2017 Santa Fe and hated to get rid of it but so glad I did. The Palisade handles and rides great and the interior room is awesome. Even though it is mainly just me and hubby, we love the size!

Took my KIA Telluride in for an Oil change, brake check, tire rotation, replacement of shade clip in the back, and overall checkup. They were very quick and thorough. We just purchases a 2023 Hyundai Palasade Calligraphy and we are very happy with it. The look of the exterior and Interior are very upscale. The comfort and room inside are excellent. It has features that are only available on vehicles that are priced much higher. If you can find one you better buy it before someone else does. They are in high demand for good reason. I would highly recommend!

Great car buying experience here. I shopped for my Santa Fe at 2 other dealerships and my salesperson at this site was by far the most helpful. No one else came near to explaining the details and features of the car. The salespeople at the other dealerships seemed rushed and not particularly interested in making a sale. I would highly recommend Tucker should you be in the market for a Hyundai. I have had one service appointment since my purchase and it was very efficient and my car we returned to me freshly washed and vacuumed. This dealership is a bit further from my home than the others I visited but the drive was worth it. Only gave 4 stars because by the time I made up my mind to purchase the car from them, it had been sold and I had to wait overnight until they were able to get the car from another dealership for me. A slight inconvenience but it all worked out.

Love this car!! Couldn’t recommend it enough. We were going back between the Palisade & Telluride, test drove both and the Palisade was far superior and drove much smoother. Love the 3rd row automatic seats and that the PRND are buttons, not a switch or knob — gives it a much more elegant feel for the money. Comfortable/spacious enough for 7 (we have the captains chairs). I’d buy this again for sure!!!

I worked with the body shop. The people were great, the price was fair, and a wash and tire shine exceeded my expectations. I do hate that the computer requires a minimum # of words. How many gave up because cars.com makes it so difficult?

The Palisade has far exceeded my expectations. The 3rd row seating is spacious enough for an adult to travel in comfort. The Palisade SEL is loaded with all the bells and whistles you would find in a luxury vehicle for a fraction of the price.

My experience with Sheehy was outstanding! I purchased a used 2020 Toyota Highlander online, sight unseen. Paperwork was easy, service was impressive and my salesman Armik Megerditchian, could not have been more helpful, informative and professional. He provided photo's, discussed the car's blemishes, history and its overall condition. The vehicle showed up at my doorstep in Yorktown when promised with no surprises. I took the car to get a used vehicle inspection just to get a warm and fuzzy and another expert opinion. Zero issues. Well done Sheehy! My wife and I purchased the 2021 Hyundai, Palisade, Calligraphy and just love it. We normally purchase new vehicles and enjoy the idea of purchasing new. When we contacted our friend from a Hyundai dealership, she was able to locate the vehicle that we wanted. Since we was in Arizona due to our son had open heart surgery we decided to purchase this vehicle and drive it back to our home in Alaska which was a 4000 mile drive. We had such an amazing drive that was not only beautiful but driving the Palisade was amazing. It seemed to be able to drive itself. I have driven the Alaska Highway many times and with various vehicles but this was an amazingly smooth ride all the way. We have also owned a Hyundai Geneses but I like the Palisade much better because of the space and comfort of the Palisade. I would recommend this vehicle to all of my friends.

I hadn’t even heard of a Palisade until 2 weeks before I purchased mine a year ago! I was discouraged by the price and comfort of the other SUVs I had looked at to replace my Chrysler 300C because I needed more room for passengers & car seats. I googled best 2021 SUV & up came the Palisade! So happy I checked it out & purchased mine! I love all the user friendly features, the ease of driving & the comfort! I purchased the Calligraphy.

The Sales Consultant, Jose, was so helpful and went out of his way to provide exactly what I was looking for at Kia. The Sales Manager, Nan, and the Finance Manager, Shane, were also stellar in customer service and very personable.

The Calligraphy trim is comparable to much more expensive luxury cars at a lower cost, with better warranty and more practical. I'd buy it again any day.

I love the car but it makes a load wisling noise on the passenger window They keep saying there is a recall, but nothing yet after almost a year.
