Fantastic car. Awesome looks. More room than a m3 or mY. I've had a limited for almost a year and not one single problem. Usually get 225-250mi from a charge, but actually had a couple of 275 and one 300 when most driving was city and I resisted the temptation to punch it. Makes me smile every time I drive it.

Freddy helped me greatly by seeing my car personally through the service process. Went out of his way. I do not live close to this dealer but I take the time to drive (in this case tow the car) there for service.

Ernie answered my initial call and was fast to get me help with Mike who had the vehicle I wanted ready in less the a half an hour after our call! Well it turns out Mike is from Canada and also really knows his restaurants and is a very personable guy who I'd suggest to ask for if you go in! Great experience except for one item. Felt immense pressure to buy upgraded warranty on car. I feel like most people would have caved in. I?m a single 68 y/o female and held my own but it was intense. I know it was the finance guys job and that?s probably how he gets paid but it got ridiculous.

Justin the GM was honest and transparent which was a breath of fresh air for dealing with a car dealership. Nothing hidden. Answered all of my questions. He and his team got me in and out of the dealership quickly as I requested. No pressure.
