She was there each step in the process to make sure everything went smoothly and she was just super super helpful throughout the whole process! Fantastic car. Awesome looks. More room than a m3 or mY. I've had a limited for almost a year and not one single problem. Usually get 225-250mi from a charge, but actually had a couple of 275 and one 300 when most driving was city and I resisted the temptation to punch it. Makes me smile every time I drive it.

Car buying can be stressful. Drew made it a smooth transaction. Good communication, honest, upfront. We were looking for a specific vehicle...a Transit Connect with lift back. Rowe had one, but there were 8-10 in the state. Drew volunteered that they had it on their lot a long time. Other dealers had theirs a long time too. But they held to their price. Drew reduced the price right off the nasty. No games, no haggling. He gave us a fair price for our trade-in. We pick up our new Transit in a few days while the roof tracks are installed. We fully roof to drive out happy.

I recently bought a used car with Rowe Ford. Dealt with Susan. I am autistic and unable to make phone calls. I sometimes have to stim (hand flapping, strange mouth noises, rocking, repeating words that are in my head) and while I am extremely intelligent, it takes me a lot of time to process information and I have a hard time thinking under pressure. I say all of this because I was blown away by the service I received at Rowe Ford. I was not pressured, I was not looked at strangely by ANY of the staff, they worked with my inability to talk on the phone, they explained everything that I needed explained, Seth took my incessant questions like a champ and was very professional and helpful before I even came in, and during the purchase Liz was even sweet enough to warn me about the loud printer before she fired it up. I love my car and I can't express enough how wonderful they were. It's not often that I get to just be myself and still be treated with respect and dignity as a full grown adult. She was polite, attentive to detail, and even took the time to show me what the air filters looked like. I decided to change them and one of the Hyundai coupons almost covered the cost of one of them. I was thoroughly satisfied with Cyndi’s handling of the service. Please let her know that I appreciated her attention. What’s more the waiting room areas are comfortable and agreeable as well as the variety of coffee offered. 👏👏👏

unlike other dealers in ps.. when I wanted to test drive a vehicle no problem..take the keys and go for a drive.. no hassell .. and the salesperson peter was great, extremely easy to work with, attentive truly a no hassell experience..yes buying a car here was a very positve experince

I was out of town for work and experience a bit of trouble I called at 10:30 in the morning and spoke to Preston and Service explained my problem and situation. Less than five minutes on the phone, Preston had made me an appointment for that day at 1 o’clock. When I arrived, Preston greeted me and got my car in right away with an hour and a half they had me on my way. The stuff that I encountered were friendly, considerate, and helpful.

High energy group of people in the service dept. They “aim to please”. Trying to book service via the newest on line tool for this dealer was not very functional. Ended up using the phone to call & then it was a bot voice. But at least it worked efficiently- got an appt the same day at a time convenient for me. Check in process VERY efficient.

Bought a 2024 Tucson and noticed that a cover cap for the grab handle was missing talked to the parts department and they ordered the correct part went to the service department and they took care of it within 45 minutes I was back on the road no charge, very satisfied with Gladstone Hyundai.
