She made it so convenient for me by having the dealership shuttle drop me off and pick me back up when my car was ready. I appreciated her follow-up with me and her patience with all my 1000 questions.

Just bought this car and I'm in love! I've had a few Hyundais and each one I get impresses me more than the last. The car really feels like a high-end sports car for a very modest price. It's very fun and engaging between the driving and design. The customization and drive options are definitely made for enthusiasts. I can't say I have any complaints so far. Let's hope it holds up over time!

Dealt with a gentlemen named Ernie, he was very professional and non-aggressive The whole transaction was clean, prompt, and worry-free. The 2015 Honda pilot I purchased had its blemishes which was too be expected, and all Ernie would say when I pointed something out was “Oh. no problem we will take care of that!” Not that I haven’t heard this before but they did take care of EVERYTHING, This vehicle looked brand new when they were done with it! I had a pleasant experience at Imperial Hyundai. My wife and I were shopping for a large family car due to our changing family needs. My sales consultant was Emmanuel. He was knowledgeable, honest, friendly. The car was clean and ready both for our test drive and for the drive home after we bought it. The finance process was surprisingly efficient, and was given better terms overall as compared to what I was offered at my credit union. We were offered super discounts just as advertised in their TV commercials. The overall experience for my wife, our 2 little boys and myself was super awesome!

I worked with Dan originally when I called in about a car and he was a pleasure to deal with. Very respectful and professional and handled everything in a timely manner.. He scheduled me to come in and meet with Kevin Sweeney who was great. I also dealt with Kevin in financing since at the last minute I decided to finance the car and Rob the Sales manager. All were extremely professional and very respectful and helpful. Normally I'm not a fan of car dealerships but this one is different and one of the good ones. I recommend them 100% and I would buy from them again. To make it all that much better I absolutely love the car I bought from them. Save yourself a headache and go to these guys when your in need of a car and want good service and straight forward honest people.

Ryan Perkins is the best! We bought a used car from him out of state, site unseen, which I normally would never do, but he was so great and honorable, and the transaction went off without a hitch. The car was gorgeous, exactly as promised, and Ryan made the whole experience so easy. He was so efficient and responsive and friendly, and he made the whole experience an absolute joy. He really went above and beyond the call of duty in so many ways. In 66 years I have never dealt with such a great salesman, in every way. Josh in finance was also great, and the entire experience was spectacular. I cannot recommend these guys and this dealership highly enough.

Very happy with phone interactions, dropping off, picking up, and service while the cars there. Excellent waiting room. Stylish facilities. Bought my Volvo there also, and that went well too. (I appreciate the free car wash, but really wish they still had undercarriage washing, as that's important when there's a lot of salt on the winter roads.)

Salesperson DJ did a great job working with my son on his first new/leased vehicle. Manager Gwen went the extra mile to earn back my business after a very poor experience several years ago under the previous management. Things have changed at Rohrman Kia! Give them a chance. I will be back when my own lease ends.

Vivian did an excellent job keeping me informed and providing the quote to perform a manual transmission oil change. The only negative was the price for the transmission oil… $280.00 is an overly expensive amount; particularly, when I found the same VW approved gearbox oil online for $39.95! On the positive side, the work was completed expeditiously and the car was cleaned beautifully.
