This is my 3rd CRV in 15 years & it is 1 very nice, comfortable, easy car to drive. IT absolutely loves the open road. Just got back from a 5 day trip to Yellowstone-averaged 36 mpg!! Nice looking & holds a lot of luggage plus 4 adults.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

I found this car on cars.com. I was searching for a very specific year, model and color of 4Runner. This one was almost 500 miles away, so not something I could easily see in person. They worked with me to answer my many questions and sent me many high quality pictures. They then negotiated a price with me over the phone. The entire experience was low pressure and very enjoyable. When the day came to buy, I flew out and they picked me up at the airport in the car and let me drive it back to the dealership. After a quick inspection to make sure everything was as advertised, we had the paperwork done in less than 2 hours and they sent me on my way with a full tank of gas. After going to several other dealers, decided to give CarMax a try, credit has some dings, just like lots of folks these days, but they found me some financing quickly with no endless run around like other dealers. Had a serious transmission problem less than a year after purchase but the MaxCare warranty took care of it, plus provided a rental for the week they had my car, no questions or problems, only had to pay deductible of 100 on a 2200 repair. Excellent experience all the way around, I've recommended several people to them. Will definitely go back when I'm ready for my Camaro!! :-)
