After searching for a vehicle for months, I sent an inquiry to Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg. Instead of getting calls and bombarded with useless crap, I got a video from Mike Zeller. He introduced himself and said he is available to talk when I am available. He gave me his cell phone, his schedule and even told me he had a great inventory to choose from. I responded back, made appointment and went in. I didn’t buy the first day because I was still unsure. He then sent another video (again, did not bother me with calls!) thanking me for coming in. I was hooked. I came back the next day and bought my new explorer! Thanks Mike Zeller for everything and for Sheehy to make it “easy”!

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

I have a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali with the 3.0 Diesel engine. I have 20,000 miles on it at the time of writing this. Never owned a diesel before and now i don't think i will own another one without it. I LOVE the engine in this truck. Only complaint would be that it likes DEF fluid while towing so pick up some extra DEF before you head out to tow something. Put about 8K miles on it this summer without adding any DEF fluid. seems to use a little more in the winter or when towing. Very quiet for a deisel and the fuel economy is awesome. Driving 70 mph down the freeway this truck gets about 30mpg, Drive 55mph on regular highways and this truck gets almost 40mpg. All around driving for me is about 26mpg. I used to fill up twice a week with my gas motor and now only once a week. Wireless Apple Carplay works great and the voice texting and mapping is a big plus. I also have the new SuperCruise feature which is awesome. Get on the freeway and set the supercruise on and the truck drives itself until i get to my exit (about 28 miles from home to work). Bose stereo is out of this world and all the storage is great to. I have a swingout bed toolbox, aluminum roll up tonneau cover, Lighted black GMC front emblem, Gloss Black 22" wheels, All Black decals and my dual exhaust bezels are black as well. I rotate the tires and change the oil every 5,000 miles. Couldn't ask for a better truck. Might get the ultimate next time as that has the messaging seats which i kinda wish I had.

This place is top notch. I bought a vehicle back in 2023. I called them to have them send me a picture of a truck that I wanted from them that had already sold. They informed me that I could have them do all the modifications at there shop. So I shopped the country and I bought a truck in Tennessee and had it shipped to Krietz Customs in Maryland. They fit me in, and I had it shipped to my house in Massachusetts. I was so impressed with how easy of a process this was. This company is top notch! My wife and I happen to be in Maryland for a wedding about a year later with my truck. I wanted to have new custom upper control arms done on it so I swung by and met all of the friendly people I had only met on the phone a year prior. I was so impressed that they were able to fit me in with the limited time we have. Thank you guys for being a company I can trust and count on. The only reason I gave overall a 5 star is there was a manager that got a little nasty and cussed at one of their employees (a very young man) ; which was unprofessional to do in front of a customer. The employee that was helping me, I could tell he was on edge and uneasy, I'm assuming due to the manager who was clearly creating tension in the shop. *may not have been manager, however he was the only employee not wearing the shop tech shirt and was wearing button up shirt and dress pants.

Jon was great in helping us get our vehicle back on the road again. Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department is outstanding! My car broke down on the weekend and when I called the Ford dealership near my house (Koons Ford of Woodbridge) they told me they could not get to it until mid-November (I called on 10 October). My transmission would not let the car drive and had a code on my Ford Pass that said there was a sensor problem which I told them. I told them I was going to call other Ford Dealerships and the Koons Ford service tech told me go ahead because all dealerships have a shortage of mechanics, and no one will be able to get me in sooner. I called Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department and talked to Jon who told me to bring it there. I had it towed to them and Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department had it fix the next day! Outstanding service! I have been a loyal customer to Koons Ford of Woodbridge for over 10 years and bought and had my cars serviced there (bought 7 vehicles over the 10 years). When that dealership was Cowles, it was great, but since Koons took over it went downhill. I have found a new dealership in Ourisman Ford of Manassas. This dealership is over 15 miles from my house versus 4 miles to Koons but when it comes to customer service Ourisman Ford of Manassas is tops!
