I owned a 2022 G80 Sport Prestige for 7 months. It was an impeccably built and beautiful car. I loved the rear wheel steering, soft close doors, comfortable seats and exquisite interior that you can't get anywhere at this price. After waiting at the local dealership for 5 months for parts and service, it was destroyed by a hail storm. The dark side of owning a Genesis is the atrocious dealer service! Beware.

I just wanted to comment on how much I like Carmax customer service as a company. I bought me car from Carmax in Nashville Tn about 2 years ago and had great experience. Then few months later I my car started making a noise on the front end. Took back to Carmax in Nashville They put me in a rental car till the next day till they got it fixed... Which was great. They repaired my car free and payed for the rental car. Then April 6th I was traveling thru Jackson Tn and my car started making a terrible noise. I was very concern. Called Carmax in Jackson Tn took my car there they worked me in pretty quick. When they pulled the wheel off the found a pebble had past the dust cover and was rubbing between breaks and rotary. They removed the pebble and all was good. Thank God there was no damaged. Tech put my tire back on and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me nothing.. Thank you

Louis and Corey were great and worked through several unanticipated issues with me. They were honest and would not give me the car until it was in pristine condition. My experience was great! David was very helpful and informative and not at all pushy on my first visit. And listened to what I had to say. His in-depth knowledge of Subaru and its safety features was impressive and ultimately what sold me on a Subaru over other brands. A week later I was back there and bought the same model car they had me test drive. The manager (Steve) I was also in contact with was also very helpful. The only down side is I brought a brand new car and the tires PSIs were way higher than they should have been. Had to let the air out my self. It should have been around 32/33 and they were 39/40!! And the driver mirror is extremely shakey - still working on that trying to get that situated.
