We just bought a 2017 Niasan Pathfinder from Koons Ford Sterling, and it was the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. The car was exactly how it was described online and it was detailed, inspected and ready for us to test drive when we arrived early for our appointment. This is my first truck and first EV, 2 in 1 for me. Pros: - Love the very smooth ride. Barely feel road imperfections. Very steady and stable on inner streets, highways, and around corners. - Acceleration is amazing for a large truck. - Big and comfy interior, front and back seats. Cloth trim and not leather. Plenty of storage all around, including under the back seats. Front trunk. Working table comes out of the right arm rest. - Basic but good infotainment system. Android auto works without connecting USB. Excellent. - Ford app is useful and basic for range, tire pressure, charging stations, and battery and remote car start and prewarming, Cons: - XLT: No front parking sensors. I would have expected a large truck to have them to help with parking. - Heated front seats but not the steering wheel seems cheap omission. - The arm rest compartment doesn't stay up and wants to fall when opened. - XLT has marginal battery travel range. Around 240 miles (per Ford, From 100% to 0%) in normal good conditions and normal weather. In real life, is lower. If u start at 90% (recommended charge) and recharge at 20% (per rec), then using only 70% of predicted range and add some cold weather that takes a lot of battery to warm and heat.. range will drop to around 140 miles. Meaning plan to charge frequently or daily, depending on ur commute and avoid long distance travel to avoid low range anxiety.. u don't want to have low range and start looking for a working and available charging station, to sit for 30 min or an hour to charge and keep going. I think extended battery should be standard, but that means more costs. - Ford blueoval charging stations are good and present in many areas and dealers, but the problem is that they might be offline, not working, occupied, and hard to predict availability which limits their use. So, having home charger is essential. - Wipers are horrible from factory. Needed immediate change. - Speakers are acceptable but nothing special. - Doors don't unlock by approach and touching the handles. Have to use keypad or key fob. - I opted for the 2K discount instead of the Ford promise home charge with installation offer as I was concerned with the fine print of "Standard installation" requirement and ending up having to pay out of pocket if Qmerit deemed my install as non standard and went with my own installer. I think the Flash edition would cover many of those cons compared to the XLT for around 5K extra.

One of the best vehicles I have owned. A spacious frunk, spacious interior, a very comfortable ride, and amazing acceleration. This truck has it all. My family loves it, too, for road trips due to the space and ride. For a truck this size and shape, it is still competitively efficient with the R1T and Cybertruck.

Went in for an oil change last week and Nathan Ayoub was my service person and he was great! Nathan was super helpful when I had questions about the FordPass and kept me up to date on the progress of the service. Definitely go see Nathan for any car service needs or questions!

One of the absolute best trucks i have ever owned. I have a 240V connection at home and it charges up overnight. Instantaneous torque cannot be beat and I expect little to no maintenance over the next 5 years.

I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.

This has been the best vehicle I've ever owned and the best Mustang I've ever owned. We will have put 15,000 miles on it soon and I am looking to buy a second one.

Ford ticks a lot of the right boxes for this vehicle - excellent, quiet ride quality on rough roads. Fantastic hands-free self-driving on freeways. Phone-as-key with keypad on the door convenience. As a second family car (our other car takes gas) it's awesome - never having to go to the gas station with charging at home for 1/4 the cost per mile of gas is brilliant. I've driven most of the competitors and never have I been jealous of the other cars. Until they have the phone-as-key or hands free BlueCruise, I feel lucky to have the Mach-E. And yes, I think Ford and GM need to get better at naming cars. Mustang? Blazer? How did these decisions get approved?

I have owned it for 3 months now and gone 10,000 miles. I have driven it in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Ontario. I have easily found charging stations and just line it up with lunch or dinner. Car has a few quirks but it is to be expected for the first EV model. Car rides beautifully and Blue Cruise is awesome (had a few times where it would make me keep the hands on the wheel when I didn't think it should). I haven't had range anxiety because most Targets, Meijers and Walmarts have fast charging. Almost all dealerships do as well. Ford is also sending a free Tesla converter which will just add to the availability of charging stations. My only drawbacks on the car so far is the back windshield is hard to keep clean and the windshield wiper is too small. I also wish the car recorded with all the cameras it has on it like the Teslas. Lastly, the plastic on the B Pillars look crazy with the oils from people's hands. Really hard to clean.

My Mach E is twice as quiet as my Model 3 was and much smoother. The road noise is quieted by a stiff composite felt used for the wheel wells. It is roomer and larger than a Tesla for less price. I love the controls and screens so much more than the Tesla as they are similar to most cars.

Purchased this car 10 months ago, and it's been perfect in every respect, and completely in contrast to the Tesla Model Y we just foolishly picked up 10 days ago as a 2nd car. The Tesla has already had two problems and we're trying to get it serviced. I wouldn't know about Ford's service because absolutely nothing has gone wrong with the Mach-E and it's a delight to drive. My wife loves the design, it's quick, efficient and roomy. We paid more than we should have for it, but it feels like a premium car and we're very happy with it

I such an amazing experience at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas throughout the car buying process. I just bought a Nissan Kicks and love it and am so thrilled I went there to get it. Bryce Do was very helpful, and patient with me during our 7 month interaction between me starting to think about replacing my old truck, and finally, last minute, like phone call, "I'm on the way!" at 5 pm on a holiday. He showed me the vehicles I was considering and showed me how the features worked. The only detraction from my experience was in the finance department where they didn't honor the price on the website, and I paid more than I expected to when going in.

I have been waiting for a really COOL all EV for five years. Traded in a 2018 Volt hybrid. I've looked at every EV out there and didn't find on that nocked my socks off. The new Cadillac Lyriq caught my attention. I went ahead and bought the Mach E and thought I would trade it in on the Lyriq in a couple of years. I really like my Mach E. It's fast, comfortable, quiet and looks great. The new Lyriq will have to be really great to get me to switch. W

Over 80% of the charging energy comes from our home solar panels. Ford allows you to set up this Mustang to match your driving preferences. By selecting Whisper mode with 1-Pedal driving turned off, our Mach-E drives like a "normal" car but has quiet, instant, intoxicating acceleration at all speeds. Its cargo capacity matches our 2019 Acura RDX, which is still our choice when destinations are over 5 hours away.

I add 2,000mi per month on my Mach-e hauling a full load of Musical equipment to far flung gigs within a 3 County rural mountainous area in all kinds of weather and my monthly charging cost has never exceeded $29! Wow! Love this SUV! Have never had an issue whatsoever in anyway and have found the ride & handling superb 👌 I've never had to commercially charge my Mach-e and have never returned home with less than 40% battery! This Ford technology is absolutely outstanding and to my opinion is by far ahead of most others. My Mach-e is the basic model SELECT with AWD and comfort option. I did not want the glass roof up in this far northern climate and have found my Mach-e very warm in cold and very cool in hot weather. Thank you Ford, for an awesome EV! 👌
