Dropped it off for the scheduled warrant maintenance and enjoyed a pleasant ride home via their courtesy van (the driver was friendly and professional and the trip was smooth and safe). Later on, they called me that it was ready and scheduled a pick-up from their courtesy van at my home. Great service and support have come to be the norm for my visits here in the past 10 years. I just purchased the 2024 rapid red turbo. I love the mode change and it has that great sound as you pull away from others. Great take off and smooth ride. The only negative and it is very slight-- it that it is difficult to change the temp, and my Sirus does not have all features. This is my 4th mustang, with my first being the very small box shape. Every model gets better

Definitely a drivers car, very comfortable and easy to drive. I have the manual transmission and shifting is a breeze. I bought all the premium gadgets and interior along with the sports package. Plenty of power in this vehicle everywhere. Nice long gears so makes traffic with a manual tolerable. Only complete, its a big mustang. I have a 2011 and it is a slimer design. But plus side of case feel like you are in a NASCAR! Can't wait to hit the Kancamagus and spring into next summer.

Moses worked diligently with my husband when we were researching the purchase of my Mustang GT. He helped us to find the exact car we wanted and set up an appointment for us. He was responsive and adjusted the selection of vehicles we would explore when we decided the GT Premium was the option we wanted. My experience with Sheehy was outstanding! I purchased a used 2020 Toyota Highlander online, sight unseen. Paperwork was easy, service was impressive and my salesman Armik Megerditchian, could not have been more helpful, informative and professional. He provided photo's, discussed the car's blemishes, history and its overall condition. The vehicle showed up at my doorstep in Yorktown when promised with no surprises. I had a positive experience with Will Andre and Casey from Finance (apologies if spelled Casey’s name incorrect). Will was friendly and open. He worked hard to find me the truck I wanted. Casey was patient with me during the financial process and took the time to explain all my options.

Service desk very courteous and got the work done, even though more issues were found than planned. They took me home and when the work was completed, came and picked me up. Drivers were very congenial.

Jon was great in helping us get our vehicle back on the road again. Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department is outstanding! My car broke down on the weekend and when I called the Ford dealership near my house (Koons Ford of Woodbridge) they told me they could not get to it until mid-November (I called on 10 October). My transmission would not let the car drive and had a code on my Ford Pass that said there was a sensor problem which I told them. I told them I was going to call other Ford Dealerships and the Koons Ford service tech told me go ahead because all dealerships have a shortage of mechanics, and no one will be able to get me in sooner. I called Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department and talked to Jon who told me to bring it there. I had it towed to them and Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department had it fix the next day! Outstanding service! I have been a loyal customer to Koons Ford of Woodbridge for over 10 years and bought and had my cars serviced there (bought 7 vehicles over the 10 years). When that dealership was Cowles, it was great, but since Koons took over it went downhill. I have found a new dealership in Ourisman Ford of Manassas. This dealership is over 15 miles from my house versus 4 miles to Koons but when it comes to customer service Ourisman Ford of Manassas is tops!

I took my 2001 Lincoln LS in for service thinking if the estimate was too high, it was time to retire the car. Mr. Robert Steele was my service advisor. He listened to my concerns and gave me a honest estimate of what the repairs would cost. It's the first time I went into a dealership where I wasn't treated like I was at the DMV or Dentist office. The repairs came in under the estimate and the Lincoln has not run this good in 10 Years. Mr. Steele is the best! A big improvement from Jerry's Ford. Thank you!
