Kevin Acevedo did it again at Koons Sterling Ford. About two months ago I purchased a 2017 Raptor from Kevin. My experience was so great I went back to Kevin to purchase a Van for Our Business Manor Works Painting. I brought my truck in to replace the battery and change the oil. The service advisers, Freddy and Joey, were polite, professional and the service was prompt. They made sure to look over the rest of the vehicle and let me know about other things that would need attention in the future but were not pressing at the moment. I felt informed but not pressured and will definitely be bringing my truck back here for future service requirements.

The morning sun coming through the showroom and into the customer waiting room is really uplifting. The place has such a nice atmosphere. My appointment times have been kept on my visits there and the service has been very good.

Dealer called me on several occasions. Although I did change my mind on a car purchase, they did provide the information I was looking for in a timely manner.

Shopping for a specific pre-owned vehicle can be both challenging, time consuming and often frustrating. Four months ago we decided on finding a one owner, luxury four-door, family style truck as our 2nd vehicle. We were a one-vehicle family for some time and it made sense to search for that type vehicle to both travel comfortably and safely in and carry light cargo to and from home. We Chose Ford. We choose Sheehy Ford, of Gaithersburg, MD. We decided on a 2015 Ford F150 four door Lariat that was in most ways more of a luxury vehicle than "just a truck". We visited several dealers in 2 states; test drove, and read up on Ford Lariat specifics, engine types, ride quality, and design. Every Dealer "store" visited had the year and low mileage pre-owned models we were interested in. When we compared vehicle similarities, options, mileage, and pricing, all were mostly similar, yet something was missing that caused us to revisit Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg, Md., a second and third time. Three crucial elements at the other factory authorized dealers we visited (at least for us) seemed to be unmemorable. The three muted elements in the other stores were in the forefront at Sheehy Ford. The sales floor at Sheehy was quite busy yet quiet and the people were going about their work and helping prospects. Then there was the used car manager, Joe Evans and others that came to meet and greet us each in a no-pressure environment. And then there is Andre Hammond. Andre Hammond came highly recommended and became our Sheehy associate salesperson. Soft spoken, very helpful, enthused, and led us to F150's that were only a brief walk from the showroom. We went on two test drives with Andre. We decided ourselves to buy the Lariat. Andre did not persuade us to buy the Lariat, It was how he presented himself, and relevant knowledge that I would suppose is a virtue of a trustworthy salesman. Thank you Shelley Knight for your presentation on products I had not thought deeply about but was necessary. The Bullet liner application you recommended was a good choice and Easy Care insurance will become a great asset. It is also good to note Sheehy management has placed women in positions of accountable responsibility. When the time comes to service our F150 Lariat, there will be no choosing a source other than Sheehy Ford, Gaithersburg, MD. I have met with service department managers and have confidence in their technicians. We really don???t think our vehicle buying experience with Andre Hammond was challenging, time consuming or frustrating. It was for us, a pleasant, and brief experience that will soon be repeated as our 2016 Fushion Lease will soon expire.

We???ve pitched a 2013 Lincoln MKZ 2017 Ford Fusion and a 2018 Ford Explorer From Matt at the Sheehy Gaithersburg location. Matt was thorough and extremely patient with us. He made himself available and easy to reach. We will continue to buy from Matt at Sheehy!!! They???re Awesome 😎

Visited Ford's website for a year off and on "building" my dream Explorer Sport. On a whim I searched available inventory and found my exact vehicle at Battlefield. Amy Cooke responded to my email inquiry within an hour and helped me through the entire sales process. She was friendly, patient, knowledgable, and made the whole experience fun. I was dreading the car buying process, but Amy really made me feel like a valued customer! Honestly, if you're in the market for a new Ford call and ask for Amy Cooke - you won't be disappointed !!

Although I ended up not purchasing my vehicle that I was looking at there, I still had such an easy and pleasant experience there. The staff was very friendly and my overall experience very satisfying.

I was in the market for a 2016, F150, Regular Cab, FX4, V8, 3.73 Rear Axle, 301A Group. If you think this specific truck is easy to find, try finding one. I had been to 5 Ford dealers in NVA and was told the same thing every time: "If you don't see it on our lot, then we can't help you." That was until I went to Battlefield Ford and met Cleo. She is the "go-to" person if you want expertise, great service, no pressure, and an excellent buying experience. She was very patient and spent a lot of time helping me find the exact truck I wanted. Once Cleo located the truck, she coordinated a seamless dealer exchange and I took delivery within 2 days. I've referred two friends to Cleo and their experience has been the same as mine. Now if I get the same level of service from the service department when it's time to service my truck, then I will truly know that I hit the jackpot.

I worked with Cleo as my salesperson to order a new 2017 Ford F250. The entire experience went without a hitch. The truck was delivered in mid- February and had everything I wanted on it. I had been to 1 other Ford dealers in NVA and it was not a pleasant experience. Sales manager at the largest Ford Dealership in Northern VA shook hands like a wet fish. That was until I went to Battlefield Ford again and worked with Cleo as I would probably would get the best deal there since I purchased a F150 from her in 2015. She is the "go-to" person if you want expertise, great service, no pressure, and an excellent buying experience. She was very patient and spent a lot of time helping me build the exact F250 that I wanted. Once Cleo ordered the truck, she coordinated with me on a timely basis as to the status of the build. It was seamless dealer exchange and I took delivery at the end of February but I had to leave the vehicle at the dealership as I was going out of town for my job. Cleo said no problem. I Left the vehicle in their lot in a safe space and upon my return Cleo went through all the details for final delivery. Finance was very simple and I was done in 15 minutes. Needless to say I will stick with Battlefield and avoid other Ford Dealerships. No pressure salesperson worked with Finance and the General Manager - a hassle free experience all around.

Great visit, and great service on my 2007 Ford Focus. Mr. Agner Hernandez was the service representative that oversaw the service on my 2007 Ford Focus. Mr. Hernandez displayed politeness, courtesy, and friendliness - a total professional. The professionalism that Mr. Hernandez displayed will want customers like me, and others, to keep returning back to Koons Form on any future service on their automobile.

Ayla was a great sales rep, she was very kind and patient with me on my car process. She let me take my time making a decision and did everything in her power to give me a price I needed to take the car home that day. I was also able to avoid the stress and hassle of negotiating , yet I drove away secure in that I had achieved a great deal! My Sales Consultant Ayla was great - she knew the product and took the time to get to know me a little bit. Sales manager Mike was direct and to the point and Joe Messina in finance helped me find affordable service plans to protect my new truck. I felt like an honored guest and valued customer ! Normally I don't write reviews. Though I didn't end up purchasing a car, Jay was very helpful answering my questions and didn't treat me differently for just looking around. So excellent customer service.
