Jennifer Imthurn was a refreshing change from most dealership sales people. She was fast and didn't participate in the usual xx. I told her I didn't want to spend hours and i didn't. It was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership so far. I would highly recommend her and would buy from her again.

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

Syed was great to work with. Quick, efficient and didn’t out on an unnecessary sales pitch…so the entire experience felt genuine.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

Probanly the most seamless and low pressure dealership experience I've had. The staff are very professional and extremely attuned to customer experience. Highly recommend this dealer.

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

Friendly and inviting like family every time. They explain what they will do and why with any other options available without any pressure.

This was the most pleasant interaction I have ever had with a car dealership in my 38 years of buying vehicles. No pressure; just information about the vehicle(s) in question, explaining the benefits and operation of features. This entire experience convinced me that Ted Britt Ford of Fairfax was the dealership with whom I wanted to have a long-term relationship. And, I don't mean that lightly as I live approximately 100 miles from this dealership. I intend to continue the service of my new 2021 Ford Explorer Limited with this dealership in spite of the distance. I am so thankful that my internet search led me to Ted Britt Ford of Fairfax!

Service desk very courteous and got the work done, even though more issues were found than planned. They took me home and when the work was completed, came and picked me up. Drivers were very congenial.

Jon was great in helping us get our vehicle back on the road again. Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department is outstanding! My car broke down on the weekend and when I called the Ford dealership near my house (Koons Ford of Woodbridge) they told me they could not get to it until mid-November (I called on 10 October). My transmission would not let the car drive and had a code on my Ford Pass that said there was a sensor problem which I told them. I told them I was going to call other Ford Dealerships and the Koons Ford service tech told me go ahead because all dealerships have a shortage of mechanics, and no one will be able to get me in sooner. I called Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department and talked to Jon who told me to bring it there. I had it towed to them and Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department had it fix the next day! Outstanding service! I have been a loyal customer to Koons Ford of Woodbridge for over 10 years and bought and had my cars serviced there (bought 7 vehicles over the 10 years). When that dealership was Cowles, it was great, but since Koons took over it went downhill. I have found a new dealership in Ourisman Ford of Manassas. This dealership is over 15 miles from my house versus 4 miles to Koons but when it comes to customer service Ourisman Ford of Manassas is tops!

Our sales personnel Will and Chris were extremely helpful with picking out, test driving and getting us the best deal on the Mustang GT that we ordered!

1st off Tyson was great, dealing with me and my step-dad who was a bit of a thorn in their side. I live an hour away and even though he was busy when I got there he made time for us, yes we had to wait but I knew when we got there he was possibly going to be busy. I was disappointed that my car had what I call a dummy key, no fob or anything to get into it which has proved to be a pain in the butt, and the fact I only got 1 key, being a used car, I realize this can happen but I'm worried about losing it. Being a single mom buying a key with a fob and getting it coded is an extra expense I don't want to take on. When we left they were going to contact us to set up a time to get the car pre-certified so I can get the 10year 100,000 Mile warranty and we haven't heard back yet. But it hasn't been a week. All the staff was super nice and I didn't feel uncomfortable there which for me is a huge deal.

Excellent service, great inventory and incredible trucks! I love my lifted Ram! Everywhere I go I get compliments. the buying process was so smooth! This place is so well renowned, the day I was there to get my truck, I met 2 others from out of state. One person drove 4.5 hours from upper New Jersey to get his truck. Get a truck from them, you won't regret it!

This place is top notch. I bought a vehicle back in 2023. I called them to have them send me a picture of a truck that I wanted from them that had already sold. They informed me that I could have them do all the modifications at there shop. So I shopped the country and I bought a truck in Tennessee and had it shipped to Krietz Customs in Maryland. They fit me in, and I had it shipped to my house in Massachusetts. I was so impressed with how easy of a process this was. This company is top notch! My wife and I happen to be in Maryland for a wedding about a year later with my truck. I wanted to have new custom upper control arms done on it so I swung by and met all of the friendly people I had only met on the phone a year prior. I was so impressed that they were able to fit me in with the limited time we have. Thank you guys for being a company I can trust and count on. Great to work with Spence and Tony while purchasing my wife's new VW Golf. I was a little stressed having my two young kids with me, but they were more than accommodating and understanding. Spence is on top of his game and knows VWs inside and out; super professional and approachable. Tony was the sales manager and was able to make the buying experience quite comfortable. Toss any preconcieved notions of "typical" salesman tactics, this man wants you to leave satisfied. We came in already knowing exactly which car we wanted, so perhaps that added to the ease of the transaction. I have no doubt that even an uncertain buyer would have a great experience as well.

Take my 94 Corvette there for service. The car is a show car and has taken multiple trophies. I'm extremely particular who works on it. Jeremy Alasin, the service writer, goes above and beyond to ensure that my car is serviced correctly and professionally every time. So much so that I won't take it anywhere else.
