I recently purchased a 2018 Land Rover Discovery from KZ. I found the car over the internet because I knew exactly what I wanted, and JLR of Chantilly had it in stock. Lucky me! All I had to do was make the deal over the telephone, and hope that when I showed up everything was as I expected. Some may be very comfortable with that idea, but I was not. Making a major purchase like this over the phone was somewhat scary. I do not normally write reviews like this, but this experience was so enjoyable that I'm making an exception. From start to finish, KZ took excellent care of me. He walked me through the car specifications to double and triple check it met my needs. In addition to getting exactly the car I wanted - KZ helped me get the windows tinted and wheels painted before I ever saw the vehicle. I flew into VA, made my way to the dealership and met KZ for the first time, and was gone within hours with a car that I love at the best price nationwide. The sales associate was excellent. The Escape is a very good vehicle. My only negative is with the navigation system. When I compare it to my $140, four year old Tom-Tom, its graphic background in blue is poor. The difficult understandable voice is something from the 1990's. Finally I am told that I need to pay for map updates. Where as my Tom-Tom's map is upgraded for free twice a year and for a small fee, it warns me when encountering a Traffic Camera. Finally the default voice is understandable and I was able to purchase John Cleaves voice, "Bear Right, Beaver Left", and remember to "Carry your own luggage".

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. Thankfully, Vroom gives me a 60-day temp tag so there is ample time to receive the plates. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. We love our 2018 Ford Escape! We ended up with the Titanium trim level which has all the "bells and whistles." Comparing it to similar vehicles (Foresters, Sportages, Santa Fes) we have no regrets. With the Escape we feel you get a car that sits a little higher than the others but still has a smooth ride. At the trim level we purchased, we feel like you are driving a luxury vehicle but not near the price of the others base models.

The escape is very nice and a lot of room for our vactions. the gas mileage is very good around 30 so far with only 600 miles on it. thanks ford.

Great handling fuel efficient and peppy engine. Very comfortable driving position with leather interior. Lots of room in the back with seats folded down. Has sync 3 dashboard display to link into your smart phone for navigation and messages

I don't normally do reviews but I really feel that this Hyundai dealership REALLY deserves public praise! The staff that I met with, consisting of Ike O. and Fernando A., were very pleasant and honest...they both really went above and beyond to help me when I was in need of a vehicle. This was VERY surprising because I was a walk-in and I was still shopping around at all the local Hyundai dealerships in the area to see who had great deals currently! Well, I can say without reservation that I am GRATEFUL that I walked in to this location and I got exactly what I liked after a test drive, a 2018 Hyundai Elantra, which by the way is a FANTASTIC vehicle! I'm just really hoping this will be useful to someone shopping around for a new vehicle, take care! -Adam

Love this Truck. It is up high like a regular truck, but it drives like a small car. It has plenty of room front and back, and when the back seats are down it has a huge cargo area to haul just about anything I’d need.
