Being a lifelong car guy, I used several automotive internet searches in my quest for my perfect dream car. I was looking for the most competitive pricing options that also included the higher value requirements. I am very good at recognizing highest values in cars. My test drive confirmed my highest expectations. Very nice group to work with, and was well worth driving a little farther for this excellent deal. If you are closer, all the better.

I really like the car. Excellent value, 2015 used model, the car was from another long-time customer and was in great shape. Runs great and is in spotless condition.

We purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee at Lustine in Woodbridge,VA yesterday. What a great experience from Nino Sam our salesman to Azmi Sabah our Finance Manager to Dan Kahn Lustine???s General Manager. What can easily be a stressful experience was a very positive and rewarding experience. Sam was very knowledgeable and personable; no sales pressure in the least. He quickly understood our needs and helped narrow down our selection. I highly recommend looking for Sam to help find the right car for you. While negotiating our price, Doug from the Service Department came over to say hi to us. We bought our 2015 Durango from Doug when he was in sales. Azmi was very helpful and efficient in developing and finalizing our finances. Azmi was also very personable and treated my wife and me with understanding and respect. Actually treated us like family, I guess since this was our 4th car we purchased from Lustine. Azmi introduced us to Dan the General Manager who thanked us for our loyalty. Dan also offered a credit to update our GPS on our Durango. What a nice surprise. I could go on about our great experience, but will close with my highest recommendation for the Lustine Team.

My Ford Escape is roomy and has just enough room and space for me and my family. We can not wait to take family trips!

I came here looking to replace my 2002 Cebu Trailblazer with a 4Runner that they had on the lot. The salesperson I dealt with was Frankie Cox. She was professional with a great bubbly personality and made my car buying experience pleasant and enjoyable.

Love everything except the front seat area. Does not have enough space in between seats for console area. Also, the windshield in the front is hard to clean.

Great car for my needs. Lots of space, drives beautifully and handles marvelously. Economic fuel usage, and the rear view camera is great. Highly recommend.

Visited Ford's website for a year off and on "building" my dream Explorer Sport. On a whim I searched available inventory and found my exact vehicle at Battlefield. Amy Cooke responded to my email inquiry within an hour and helped me through the entire sales process. She was friendly, patient, knowledgable, and made the whole experience fun. This SUV has surpassed my expectations. I love how it drives, it’s nice & smooth like a luxury car. It’s get almost 24 miles to the gallon. It’s s 4 cylinder but has the “kick” of a 6 cylinder. There’s plenty of room in it. I have the Titanium version and absolutely love the “extras” that I didn’t need but am glad I have now!!! This vehicle has far exceeded my expectations!!

Great service. Love the place. Always clean and the coffee area is great. Easy to make appts. No haggling from them. They give you suggestions that's wrong with car but never push you if you are not ready.

This is a great vehicle. I was surprised at how roomy the interior is and the storage/passenger room available. This is the smaller 1.6 L turbo engine and it has more than enough power to drive the highway safely! Nice ride, very quiet! Love the dashboard design-looks super and has a lot of electronic stuff! Handles great, very stabile at low and highway speeds. Got lucky with this car, highly recommend it. Great gas mileage too.

I had done my homework before going in. I knew exactly what the market was and what I wanted. We traded emails with Konstantin a few times over the last few weeks. The car we were interested in, had been listed since August (3 months), so we were happy to see our patience pay off, as the asking price continued to decrease. I called him in the morning to confirm the car was still available and asked him to let me know what the brakes and tire ratings were during their inspection. He quickly gathered the information and passed it on. We met and test drove the car. He was not pushy. Left us with the car and told us to come inside when were made a decision. We paid with a check, so no financing and we closed on the vehicle in minutes. So quick. So easy. Great place to buy a used car.

I would definitely but again. This is an excellent cast. Very comfortable. Rides well. Lots of bells and whistles because I bought the Titanium model.

My consumer experience with Lexus of Silver Spring from the moment I walked onto the lot to look around by myself, and then to almost a week later to take delivery of my 2018 es350, has been been unbelievable. Everything from the professionalism with the staff, to the responsiveness and personal-space respected until I was ready to talk to somebody, was just phenomenal. I personally have purchased a lot of vehicles for my wife and I within the past 5-6 years, so ideally, we like the experience to be efficient, fast, accommodating to my schedule regarding my family, work, logistics etc. All of which was in-line with my entire process that I was provided during the sale. While this is clearly embedded within the culture of this dealership, the execution and lead was nailed to the T by my sales rep...... Alex Abbaszadeh!!! Alex was so genuine and responsive from the very first moment I met him when I just needed to use the restroom. He didn???t try to tell (sell) me about a single vehicle in the show room nor ask what I was interested in. Instead, he could tell that I was looking for the restroom; mind you, I had just came in from outside walking the lot for about 20 minutes by myself. Which, most people know, you can???t even walk 30 seconds on a car lot without a sales rep coming up to you and putting on the full-court press. Needless to say, as I walked in the showroom I was already impressed that I had just spent 20 minutes walking the lot with no pressure, doing exactly what I needed to do after I left my office for the night, and had about 30 minutes of time to kill to check out the vehicles. This was un-interrupted, smooth, and very relaxing time. I was like the kid in a candy store.....rather the candy was filled with a luxury line of perfectly-placed and exhibited 2018 Lexus??? By the the time I closed the deal, it ended up being about 72 hours from the time I walked onto the lot that evening after work, and signing the paperwork with finance. While my vehicle was out of state because of certain options and trim, Alex set me up in a courtesy loaner which was a brand new SUV. Coupled with the variables of my es350???s transport to Silver Spring, waiting for parts that I ordered, and then a first-day of spring snowstorm that crippled the area for a day, the logistics of the MD area for the middle of the week was immediately effected by the weather. So, I was in the loaner for 7 days and felt bad about it. I insisted to check in with Alex during this time just so he knew I wasn???t out of town anymore and that I was just local with the loaner. Well...... he could care less. While he did appreciate it, he was more concerned about my comfort and following up by constantly texting and/or emailing me to let me know the status of my vehicle. A+++++ all the way for Alex!! His service in every aspect is FIVE STARS across the board!!!! Alex???s sales manager (Oksana Kolinyk) and finance manager (Daji Cummings) also provided phenomenal support during my entire Lexus of Silver Spring experience!! They essentially substantiated everything I had already experienced with Alex. From heated seats, a moon roof, four wheel drive, cool features, and a pretty color. I love it! It drives awesome too. I have a big back seat and room to transport larger items! It's great.

I was well received by Jennifer, and she helped me throughout the whole service process. She has such an amazing personality, her smile was convincing to let me know I could trust her. She gave me an estimated time and my car was finished before the time. I was very satisfied, the techs that worked on my car should be highly rewarded.
