On March 13, 2018, I had my car in for a recall to fix the second row outer seat striker bracket. The entire process from beginning to end was very efficient, and your service advisor, Julio Carrascal, did a superb job in leading me through the process. Easy to drive. Very nice in traffic. Handles mn weather well,easy entry in front seats for us seniors, back seats cramped but the grand kids don’t care. Great heater, warms up fast in cold weather.

My car was almost at 120,000 miles and about to get really expensive for me. I'm a single mother, live paycheck to paycheck, living in a very expensive northern va county. I had no idea what I was going to do about the expenses of my car. I received a flyer in the mail for KIA, about a sale they were having. On a whim, I decided to inquire. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had with getting into a new car. Great customer service. I had made an appt for just an oil change w/ 'Grey' on the Green team but when I arrived 40 min early, he was busy & Ben (next to him) saw me waiting, offered to write up my paperwork, & went out of his way to answer several questions he hadn't bargained for !! I ended up agreeing to go ahead & do my 60,000 mile maintenace (I was already overdue- @ 63,000- but planned that for the next time). When he offered some coupons to help defray the cost & offered a rental car so I wouldn't be trapped all afternoon, I decided to go ahead :-) Glad I did... everything went smoothly & efficiently. Ben called w/ a few "finds" & recommendations that I agreed to & the car was ready when promised w/ the flexibility to pick it up before closing. I just leave the rental @ the Dealership. Despite a $1300.00+ bill, it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was courteous & efficient. I bought my last 2 Toyotas @ Koons in Annapolis & have traveled there (from Rockville) for service til now. More out of loyalty than convenience. I think I will change locations. Thank You ! *Also nice to get it washed free !

He worked through my list of must haves and asked lots of questions to be sure he wasn't missing anything. When I thought the whole experience couldn't get better in comes Korey Matthews, the Manager. We worked through several different cars and Jacob and Korey fought hard to get the right deal for me and an awesome "big truck" that suits me perfectly. I have purchased many cars in my 60 years and truly have NEVER had a more fun experience. I love this vehicle, good to handle, great in winter, very comfortable. I have a 2014 Escape and was recently told that the dogbone bushings and trailing arm bushings are separating and will soon have to be replaced. Never heard tell of this before. I was told it's a $2,000 job. Isn't that lovely. Only made to outlast the warranty for sure. Very disappointed. I was told this doesn't usually happen unless you're towing a trailer all the time. I don't even have a hitch so that didn't cause it. So frustrated.

Perfect for my requirements. Plan to keep a long time. Great on road trips and around town. Have the 2L ecoboost, get ~ 29 mpg hwy, 22 city. Now have 105,000 miles, runs like new. Only 'repair' was to replace the vacuum pump (brakes). The battery is a PITA to replace.
