My 2011 F150 was done on time, on one of the worse snow days we have had in the Portland area in the past 30 years. 12" accumulation overnight while my rig was there. The dealer was closed the following day and who would expect otherwise. My own company that I work for is a very service oriented company and we were also closed out of consideration for our employees and the practicality of the situation. The next day with massive snow on the ground, Landmark was open at 7:30AM when I called and when I showed up at 10:30AM to get my truck they had dug it out of their secure storage and sitting in the pickup area warming up and waiting to go home! My bill was not unsubstantial as it is a high mileage truck (200,000 mile service, water pump, brakes and some other stuff) but they gave me a senior discount which was approximately 6% by my reckoning. On a wild weather day, the staff there was happy and I think genuinely having a great time. I could see working there myself if I wasn't thinking about retirement in a couple of years! Since I had my 1993 Thunderbird I have brought my various Ford vehicles to Landmark. The money you pay for the service you receive and the quality of work is more than fair. I have owned five new Ford vehicles which have all been serviced at Landmark. All went (very high) miles with minimal trouble with two being passed down to family members who got many years of service out of them. I attribute the longevity of my vehicles in no small part to Landmark's superior service. You will see me rating some folks below with five stars. This is not BS folks, this is for real :-) Thanks Folks!

This car meet all of it needs! It has plenty of legroom front and back! Has alot of room in the trunk! It has Bluetooth and phone accessories! It has cruise control! You can change the radio stations and volume on the steering wheel also! You will like this vehicle if you have a big family! It will hold 5 people!
We really appreciated the amount of time & the expertise BK gave us. He gave us detailed paperwork related to the car we were interested in, answering any questions. The next day we mentioned that we had looked at a car at Beaverton Car Company to another dealership in the Portland area. Their manager said that we shouldn’t feel any hesitation buying a car from Beaverton Car Company as they’re very reputable. thanks BK for your help.

Just bought this car. Made 2 hour drive home with it and was surprised with the mpg already, glad I switched. It also has plenty of room.
MS Rebbeca Wilimason was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. She work real hard to get a disabled war veteran into a car that he really needed.
Thanks for everything and have a nice 2017.

This car met all of my needs. Back seats are comfy too. Leg room, not closed in. Heated seats. I can make a phone call through the car, of course not while driving. 2
Let's be honest: getting a new vehicle is a chore... but I purchased from Landmark Ford back mid-2012, and was really impressed. So much so, that these guys were at the top of my list when it came time to upgrade my old Focus (Sept 2016). They have an impressive selection. I can be pretty picky, but they had the EXACT car I was looking for! Jay "Truckguy" Hyer helped me, and I couldn't be more pleased. He was low-pressure, extremely knowledgable, and I felt he read me well throughout the process. He also gave me a ton of great advice on how to sell my old car (being candid enough to say it's not worth trading in). It sold within a week and a half. I haven't had any dealings with the service department yet, but I give the whole purchase process an A+. These guys have earned that high rating.

I’m old, have owned many cars in my 80 years and value my C-Max more than my house. No, I’m not ready to live in my car just yet.
A No pressure pleasant experience. We dealt with one person (thanks Nikole!) through the entire "look" "test drive" "buy" process. There were nice cars at good prices and very helpful people to get us through the process. We liked the fact that the facility was low key, yet clean and functional. My partner and I are certainly going back to Delta as our first stop next time we need a car and we will be recommending them to our friends. Thanks Again !!

Better that our 2010 Toyota Prius

The only problem we have had in 4 years is the oxygen sensors. Ford apparently has not made a good oxygen sensor. We have replaced both and still had problems. Ford wanted to hold a committee meeting to decide whether it was another sensor which had been replaced a month earlier, might be a catalytic converter. I bought one and had it installed by an auto repair shop. Everything a the dealer ship was $350 and up. Still have the same check engine code coming up but now I disregard it so the mpg is up and down.
Pros: I love the mileage spring through fall, but it drops 10-15+ mpg when temps are under 32°... 1/4 of the year in these parts...
Great head and leg room front & back seats.
Amazing cargo capacity if/when you need it.
Peppy if/when you need it.
Cons: Reduced winter mileage (26 to 30 mpg vs 42 to 50 spring through fall). My average mpg is 42.5.
Less than impressive heating system (I use a lap blanket even with heated seats)
Chronic rear latch open/close failure...dealer replaced it summer 2018 but same problem continues.
No 4WD/all wheel drive available.
Overall a decent ride, but definately not best for colder climates. Last year melting snow refroze overnight in the space between the rear roof end and the top of the rear hatch... the resulting ice blocked the rear hatch from opening until it melted and drained out of the gap. The hatch open and close failures were well established before this event.
I have visited the service department repeatedly and still the rear hatch does not open and close when the correct buttons are pressed.
I also need an all wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicle, and enough cabin heat to beat northern winter temps... ready to look for something else.
They got me in immediately to fix my 6.7 Super Duty. I decided to test drive another's Super Duty and by the time I took the test drive ( about 30 mins) my truck already had a new Turbo Intercooler hose on, tested and ready to go! But it gets better, the owner was so friendly that he invited me into his personal office just chatting with me. He was very cool. I'm considering an upgraded vehicle purchase and they are very low pressure. They just switched me to their customer for life!

Excellent fuel economy
Roomy interior with easy in and out
Agile handling and strong acceleration for a hybrid
Attractive, well-built interior
Smoothly transitions between gas and electric power
Excellent outward visibility
We went in to buy a used subaru, but my wife ended up falling in love with a different vehicle.
In the end, we left with a beautiful 2008 vw hatchback.
The entire sales process was super easy and Sam was extremely knowledgeable about all of the cars he was selling.
Do I recommend this dealer to a friend?? yes yes and YES!

Good reviews vs. bad…

I read most all the bad reviews on the C-Max. No automobile is perfect, but maintenance, mileage, and understanding the size of car you need is a priority. Most bad reviews delt with one of those issues. I tell my friends why I bought 3 of these cars (only have 2 now) that if you require a lot of space, this aint your car. You keep the maint. current it will run forever. I echo all the great reviews, as have had 3 total all with NO PROBLEMS. The only complaint I have about the C-Max is it's low to the ground, but I test drove one first and the seating was comfortable for us. Simply compare it to the Prius. If you were interested in a Prius, you should instead buy the C-Max.
I was looking for a small reasonable priced car to use as a spare. On Thursday January 18, Courtesy Ford had a 2005 Nissan Sentra base model with low miles advertised that was just over my budget. I called to make sure the vehicle was still available and spoke with the salesman. His name was with Jedi Brown. He was professional and pleasant on the phone and confirmed that it was still on the lot. When I arrived at Courtesy Ford a gentleman greeted me and I told him I had an appointment to see Jedi. He told Jedi and in moments I was shaking Jedi's hand. We went straight to the Nissan and took it for a drive. The Nissan was actually even nicer than I imagined. Very clean in and out. It ran and handled very well. I told Jedi that although this was not a very expensive car, there were a few other vehicles I was going to look at before I made my decision. Jedi did try to make the sale (that is his job). He also understood that I was not going to make my decision right then and there. Without feeling the pressure of being "turned over" he introduced me to his sales manager Phillip. Phillip explained that they would like to earn my business and sell the car and told me if the car in question would work please let them know. After looking at other vehicles in the same price range (both at dealers and from private parties), it was becoming clear that the little Nissan at Courtesy was maybe the best deal for the money that I would find. On Sunday the 21st, Jedi called me to let me know that The Nissan Sentra was still available. He also told me that they were able to get the pricing to fit my budget. I told him thank you and that I would be the next day to purchase the vehicle. Monday was Jedi's day off but he arraigned to meet me at Courtesy Ford in the morning. How nice was that? Again this was an inexpensive car and a small cash deal by today's standard. I do not believe I could have been treated better by any dealership in the area or maybe anywhere no matter what. I did look at a limited edition Mustang, just for fun I am sure that if that was what I was looking for the experience would have exactly been the same. Good Job Jedi, good job Courtesy! Since 1977, as a family, we have owned 8 Nissan's (nine now). Perhaps next year when we trade in our 2013 Nissan Rouge for a new SUV, we will need to look a Ford. Courtesy Ford!

I love it! I enjoy driving this car. It is so nice the way it handles. I have RA and it is a very comfortable car for me. It has a awesome ride for a smaller car. Very good on gas too. I only stop at the pump 2 times a month now. The other cars I've owned it was twice a week.
ethics and integrity right at the start by being straight forward about the used cars I was testing. Had great connection with customers, for myself and as I observed other customer interaction. They stayed on top of the buying process through to handing over the keys.
Con: challenge finding their location. It would have helped me if they had a larger sign
