I love my 2023 Wildtrack. No issues. A little wind noise, but I think its to be expected in an SUV that I can take all the bits and pieces off(hard top, doors,etc). It is a toy for me and not my daily(I have a TRD Pro Seqioua for that) and I have a lot of fun driving her. I waited 3 years for her and will keep her forever.

Papa was very nice and patient with us. I truly appreciated him for trying to make sure everything was taking care of. Our overall experience was great and would come back.

I have a Sasquatch Outer Banks and love it. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. Very minimal road noise between the two windows on each side which is only heard when the music isn’t on. A lot of features with the premium package, some of which I haven’t explored yet. Despite non-owners’ complaints about a bronco riding rough, it can’t be further from the truth. The Outer Banks trim is really and comfortable. Gas mileage is acceptable with the Sasquatch. A lot of easy to use and within hands reach features. I am extremely happy with my purchase with no complaints. Two nice features with purchasing a Bronco is the Ford Pass mobile app and the Moab learn to use your vehicle classes.

I always wanted a Jeep or thought I did. My salesperson at Haag Ford in Lawrenceburg, IN, Jim Fuchs, told me to wait until the full size Bronco came out because he said you will really like it compared to a Jeep. He was totally right. I totally love my new Wildtrak Ford Bronco. I will say he is the best salesperson I have dealt with and plan to continue to go to Haag Ford for sales and service.

After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.

Moses worked diligently with my husband when we were researching the purchase of my Mustang GT. He helped us to find the exact car we wanted and set up an appointment for us. He was responsive and adjusted the selection of vehicles we would explore when we decided the GT Premium was the option we wanted. Moses helped us to get a great value on our trade in, and we added the 7 yr maintenance warranty. My car ended up being one of the 2020 Mustangs with a recall, and Moses helped us to get a loaner car for the recall to be completed. In the end, Moses helped me to get my dream car. I have had the most satisfying experience over more than ten years with Audi Bethesda and Jacob Jay. I just leased a 2024 A3 . What I most appreciate about Jacob is he is patient in answering all my questions . He did not rush and helped me understand the benefits of the new car and the improvements made over the 2020 A3 I had previously leased with his assistance three years ago. I never felt pressured in making a decision. Jacob is a good listener, extremely knowledgeable about Audis, and his low keyed approach has made me a repeat customer. When I came to pick up my new car, Jacob again was patient in showing me how all the new technology works and answering all my questions. If you are looking to buy or lease an Audi, Jacob is who you must see for a stress free experience. Although there other Audi dealers now closer to where I live, I return to Audi Bethesda to have the benefit of working with Jacob.

This place is top notch. I bought a vehicle back in 2023. I called them to have them send me a picture of a truck that I wanted from them that had already sold. They informed me that I could have them do all the modifications at there shop. So I shopped the country and I bought a truck in Tennessee and had it shipped to Krietz Customs in Maryland. They fit me in, and I had it shipped to my house in Massachusetts. I was so impressed with how easy of a process this was. This company is top notch! My wife and I happen to be in Maryland for a wedding about a year later with my truck. I wanted to have new custom upper control arms done on it so I swung by and met all of the friendly people I had only met on the phone a year prior.
