I initially came for a second oil change on my 2015 GMC 2WE Yukon SLE custom with 22 inch black rims, aftermarket leather, Denali grill and a few other perks that I purchased from Schumacher Chevrolet/GMC/Buick in Northlake in West Palm Beach Florida, June 14,2015. Though I really liked that SUV I really wanted to get back into a 4WD even if it meant getting a used Tahoe or Yukon or a new or used crew cab Silverado. Previous folks I talked to via phone in West Palm Beach, Schumacher Chevrolet in Clifton, N.J. and Maquire GMC in Little Falls New Jersey all said I was too upside down and that it could not be done without perhaps 20k or more out of pocket. I was referred to Tanya. She very confidently assured me that she can get it done and that they have something that I might be interested in. Of course I was skeptical thinking she was going to waste hours of time with some sales pitch. She came through with the help of Mike and Terry Long with a deal. Though I did not want to put no more than 3k down, I put 5k down and got the payments the same as my Yukon and into anew 2016 Silverado 1500 LT A71 4x4 pick up truck. Though I will miss those 22" black rims I am so glad to be back into a 4WD especially living and working back and forth between N.J. and Chantilly, VA. I was teased by that Silverado LTZ Z71 with the black rims in the show room and may later switch to 20-22 inch wheels with black rims, but for now I am very excited with my first pick up truck. Timing was just right for that rebate and I was about ready for a pick up truck only with crew cab. Had already had a 1999 MB 320, a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer LTZ, a 2004 Chevy Tahoe LS, (purchased at the now closed Lynne Chevrolet in Kearny ,N.J.), a 2008 Chevy Tahoe LTZ purchased from Pohanka February 2008 and a MB GL 450 2011 purchased from MB Chantilly, and then that custom Yukon, so now it was time for a luxury like pick up truck.. I couldnt be anymore satisfied with this Dealership. In 24 hours Pohanka Chevrolet was able to diagnosis and fix the problem with my 2012 Malibu that Manassas Chevrolet couldn't in 45 days. Pohanka Chevrolet is honest, meticulous, and has the BEST customer service that I have ever seen for a Service Center in any industry! I will now drive past the Manassas Dealership (1.5 miles away) to take my vehicle to Pohanka Chevrolet of Chantilly for service or repairs.

Got an appointment within a reasonable time. Upon arrival, my Enclave was taken immediately and the problem was diagnosed within 45 minutes. The rear evaporator was leaking and required replacement. It was replaced under warranty with no charge to me. The service manager also noticed that the car was due for inspection soon and and was inspected at my direction. No hassle, great service!

Best price in Fairfax County for 2016 Equinox. End of year incentive from mfr. + incentive from dealership made the price the lowest of any nearby dealership. Larry Kessler showed me several cars on the lot but the Equinox was the best deal for me.

Upon arrival the service tech was professional, accommodating, courteous, and cheerful. They listened to my concerns and questions. Advised me of a current warranty issue that they would check and correct while my care was in shop. All the in house staff were pleasant, cheerful and well informed. I felt very comfortable and had no doubt my car would be services professionally and efficiently.

When I recently visited for service, I really hadn't seriously thought about purchasing a new car. Then Neil called! His enthusiasm for Chevrolet's products was contagious. I began to browse the dealership inventory online. Seeing all the new safety features was very exciting -- rear view camera; lane assist; parking assist; blind spot monitor; etc. Driving in a large metro area often feels like navigating an obstacle course, so these extras really helped to 'seal the deal'. I then reserved a beautiful Malibu premiere -- and Neil sent a delightful 'selfie' with the car to show me that it had a 'sold' sign on it, and was waiting for me! At the dealership, the process was painless, and even accompanied by a Valentine's Day cupcake. Ken made certain that all was to my satisfaction, and Tamieka guided me through financing. I really didn't need a test drive to know this was my next car, but it was terrific to see all its features in action, and thoroughly explained by Neil. Strangers are now complimenting me on Roxanne -- that's her name, you see -- in parking lots, and I, echoing Neil, launch into telling all about her features, and her former home -- Jim McKay Chevrolet. Thanks to everyone there!

My son is looking for a car and they provided a lot of information. They always respond quickly. They don't have exactly what he wants but if they do he will go back.

I am so grateful to the Ourisman Rockmont team. I was finally purchasing a new car after owning my old one for 10+ years. I have never had fun buying a car until I found this dealership. Greg & Adam are the "Dynamic Duo" and make the entire process FUN! Between Jan 21st-March 27th, I purchased two vehicles from this dealership and the customer service I received on both occasions was above and beyond any dealership I have ever dealt with. I ended up test driving MANY different cars and never once did Greg seem annoyed or frustrated. He just ran around with a smile grabbing sets of keys and cracking jokes. I felt like I was buying from a friend. Finance is usually the stressful part but Gabe made all of that comical and easy as well. These guys are all top notch at adding great personality to an otherwise frustrating ordeal. I drive an hour and a half to get to this dealership from my hometown (which has several Chevy dealerships) because the customer service is worth every mile of the drive.
