We had a BMW iX but the fully electric vehicle wasn't working out like we had hoped. I contacted Khalil Taylor, whom sold us the BMW iX and advised him of our situation. Khalil Taylor advised that he would make us an appointment to come talk to him to see what he could work out to make us happy. We initially were going to purchase a gas vehicle but Khalil Taylor spoke to us about the advantages of a hybrid. We already had a vehicle charger installed in our garage to it would be an easy transition. After working with Khalil Taylor, we traded in our BMW iX and left with our BMW X5 xDrive50e. We are so happy that Khalil Taylor was willing to work with us again and convinced to go hybrid.

2021 BMW X5 PHEV xDrive45e review
Very Nice, With Some Annoyances
I've had this car for over a year now and I am generally impressed....drives great (even in snow), is quite comfortable, has lots of features, decent electronics, gets excellent mileage with and without the battery. Negatives: cheap "leather" interior, door sill is too wide to get out without getting dirt on the back of your leg (even without the options step), backup cross traffic safety is useless unless you are backing into a wall, and the hands-free lift gate is disabled if you get a trailer hitch. All fixable if BMW but some effort into it.

Came to the dealership interested in a test drive and purchase of a used car I found on Carfax. It was exactly the vehicle I wanted, and it was in exactly the condition the listing described. Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care.
