This car is simply amazing. It's my second electric car and my first BMW. The i5 gives me what I never knew I was missing from my previous car (Tesla Model 3). First, the comfort and silence of the i5's cabin is significantly better than anything I've driven before. It takes the bumps so comfortably and I love how my trips on the interstate are surprisingly quiet inside. The styling is gorgeous, too. Classic BMW sedan look, brought a few years into the future. Great balance between aggressive and refined. Inside, I love the giant display. Everything's there in sight, without having to switch back and forth between screens. Plus, I have just the right amount of physical controls so I don't have to use the touch screen all the time. Finally, the performance is incredible. I've got several modes to choose from, to fit my driving for the trip. Sport is obviously my favorite, especially with the sounds that are included! This was definitely the most expensive vehicle I've bought, but overall, I have no regrets... fit, finish, and feature-set are all top notch.

Joel my service advisor went out of his way to check with my car?s warranty and service. There were issues that arose and he helped advocate for me. Overall extremely impressed with the friendly service I received.

My sales advisor was Geoff Lemme, he was very professional, polite and patient. He handled all my concerns that I pointed out on a 2019 BMW X5. So far the X5 performs beauifully. I'm still having problems setting up the person profile, no one was their who could show me how to operate those features.So I read the owner manual and reviewed some videos on-line to assist me. I will contact customer service if I continue to have problems with this feature. Now I highly recommend Geoff Lemme because he was very knowlegable about the X5. All in all I am very pleased and satified with my X5 a lot to learn about this BMW product. Remember if you have any concerns " Just Ask Geoff" he will handle them for you.
