Marco was great, however somebody didn't check the range of my i3 BEV vs the distance from your shop, so that the car was delivered with less than 100 feet of range. I spent 2 days, and several hundred dollars getting the car mobile again. I expect better.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

My visit was initially for a nail in the tire, which was promptly taken care of with a replacement. Ali then recommended a full inspection, during which a water pump leak was detected. He immediately informed me of the situation, quickly arranged a loaner vehicle, and reassured me, as I was understandably concerned about the discovery. With covid and with a 7 month old, we really didn’t want to spend hours and hours at the dealer. We worked most of the deal out over the phone and had minimal to do when we arrived to test the vehicle and sign paperwork. Good for the most part. Sometimes slow to respond resulting in the car I was interested in being sold while I was waiting for information.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.
