Excellent vehicle overall. It’s quiet, very good ride and handling with technology galore. The seats are very comfortable and especially with the heated massage option and ventilated for warm weather driving. The climate control system is top notch as is the standard B&O sound system which sounds every bit as good as the top line B&O in our A8L. The interior is spacious but storage is limited so gives you a good reason to de clutter! The third seat is not important to us and goes unused but I sure wouldn’t want to try to sit back there! There is plenty of power with the hybrid 6 and the laser matrix design headlights are nothing short of spectacular! The night vision system is especially useful for remote locations for deer, animals, etc. and in urban driving for pedestrians, cyclists, dogs et al. Some niggles include a weird shift pattern, way too many nanny warnings, a confusing setup for different drivers to store their individual preferences and not be able to do things like leave the vehicle running to get out to do something as simple as run back in the house for something you forgot. All in all, a luxurious SUV with great overall performance yet very economical to operate as gas mileage is good and routine maintenance is minimal. We love our Audi’s and the Q7 is a great addition to our garage.

Had car serviced and was expecting a certain mileage service but was recommended to do a higher one however the total amount was never reiterated. There was miscommunication

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. Called the dealer, drove down the next day, test drove the car and made an offer. Deal was done in an hour. And, they gave me above market value for my 2015 Audi Q7.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

He has a great fund of knowledge wrt similarities / differences among the various Audi vehicle types and offered accurate comparison with other makes as well. He even spent a few hours after we bought the vehicle to go over all the numerous technology aspects of the car (set up my garage opener / phone etc.). It's an excellent and smooth ride. I love my Audi. I also love that I can put 7 CD's in there and switch from one to the other to listen to the music I love with the built in Bose sound system. My only complaint is about the price of gas, since it only takes premium. But other than that it's comfortable. The AC and heat work quickly, and it drives well in snow or rain. It's uber luxurious!

My daughter bought a 2015 Kia Soul today from Jeff Wiemann at Carmax Cy Fair. 15 minutes into our visit she realized Jeff had been her salesman back in 2013 when she purchased her 'first' car! Our Epace was nearing its lease end and we reached out to Abraham to set a time to get an assessment to decide our best option. We noticed an FPace in the showroom and Abraham let us test drive. We asked about pricing so Abraham got Daniel involved and presented us some incentives, as far as, taking car of our last payments, financing rates, and other dealer incentives. We walked out with a brand new FPace without intention and probably the best buying experience for an auto.

Someone greeted me in the service area immediately as I drove up and opened a door I was able to get an Uber home. Didn't have to wait long. They called and told me my car was ready, sent the Uber to pick me up. Uber was there within 5 minutes, went and picked my car up. They made an adjustment on the price because they had the price wrong. When I told him they made him A mistake on the price I didn't have to argue with anyone didn't have to get a manager. The guy said, oh yeah, we see that we'll make the correction. No problem, and I pay them and was on my way, oh,, also when they pulled my car. It was at the end of the line of cars, and he said he would get someone to pull it to the front. I went to get a cup of coffee and before I finish my car was out waiting for me, washed and clean and ready to go. This is the best

Car has very nice ride and plenty leg room. Had it for almost 5 years with family of 4 kids. I would recommend giving Q7 a try.
