Used Audi Q7 SUVs for sale near Houston, TX

I had a good experience buying at Audi central. This was my first time purchasing with Audi. We came in on a Saturday without an appointment, but we were almost instantly greeted with a salesman to help us out. We test drove a few cars and he was very patient with my indecisiveness. I took a star off only because the process was quite lengthy, almost 6 hours. Granted we did 2 test drives and had them bring down an additional car which was the one I ended up buying. There was a lot of waiting around for the finance person, paperwork, etc. But again I will give them the benefit of the doubt it was a busy Saturday afternoon, just wish there was less back and forth. Also, shoutout to Alex who caught the insurance package was incorrect prior to signing. He was very friendly and easy going. Anthony, our salesman was very patient and knowledgeable, and did not make me feel pressured. I feel I got a good deal considering the interest rates, and would recommend this dealership, just don?t make the mistake I did and not make an appointment!

The building is under construction but they over compensate for the inconvenience by providing great service.

Charles Butts was excellent! My daughter bought her first car and it was a smooth and relatively quick process. We found the car in the website and purchased the next day.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

This is the 3rd Audi I've purchased from Audi Central Houston and this experience was by far the best. There's a reason Yuri Poshumensky is the top Audi salesperson in the country. I wasn't easy to deal with as I couldn't decide whether to lease or purchase the 2024 Silver Audi S7 shown below. I opted to lease it and then a few days later decided to purchase it and Yuri made this process seamless. Yuri also worked with the USAA reps to get the car unleased from Audi Financial and purchase financed with USAA. And best of all, Yuri arranged for me to keep my A7 trade in after the deal was done and then got me a loaner while I was having my car ceramic coated/PPF/wheels painted black...He also set it up where I could retain my previous Tx plates. His team of Oscar Maradiaga and Jonathan Harris are what really made this buying process special. This is my third Audi 7 series, but I had never bothered to get assistance learning how to setup the MMI and such properly. Oscar and Jonny have happily assisted me on repeated trips back (and I'm sure I'll be bugging them again soon). I can't tell you how much I enjoyed working with them. They were by far the best sales support team I've encountered in all my vehicle purchases over the last 30 years.

My salesman D.Kimg and finance manager Ali Akhavan were so helpfull and made the whole deal pleasant for me. I came back after two weeks and tint the windows for free of charge. This is my second car I bought in 4 years from this dealership.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Brett and his team do excellent work at West Point Lincoln. They serviced my Lincoln Aviator promptly and effectively. I would recommend going to West Point Lincoln for all your maintenance concerns.

This is my 3rd Audi! I love the German engineering! Interior is simply amazing! The heated cool massaging seats will spoil you! Just buy one!

I had several warranty items repaired… as well as routine maintenance. My service experience was exceptional. Their brand new facility is clean and organized… and their staff took great care of me! All the repairs were done correctly… and all in a timely matter! I highly recommend Genesis of Southwest Houston! ….

Great car! Just wish I actually owned it and that the dealer would stop holding the title lien status hostage. Would be nice to be able to drive a car that is actually legal to drive.

All staff was friendly & hospitable. Joseph was a great representative of the company and was very informative and not pushy. My interests were taken into consideration and he focused on what was best for me and my family not just a sale!

We went to Audi Sugar Land to look at a pre-owned car and were surprised by the courtesy and service Ty and the team provided. Everyone was incredibly friendly and courteous. We ended up buying our oldest child's first car the same day in a short time. They had so many sales that day it took longer to prep the car for delivery than it took to close the sale and sign all the papers. It’s a good car but I have a antifreeze leak somewhere and I got it pressure tested and the shop found no leaks.It can get expensive buying antifreeze.
